Ukraine: Combat Breaks out in East (w/VIDEO); Russian Troops Moving North From Crimea toward Kherson Oblast

(UPDATE 11:47 PM EDT) 50 Trucks with Russian troops have moved north into Ukraine from Crimea and are nearing Kherson Oblast in southern Ukraine.
The government of Ukraine has issued Decree 8470; 405/2014 on the start of anti-terrorist operations in eastern Ukraine authorizing the use of force against pro-Russian forces in the eastern part of that nation. . . .
Two questions now remain:
- Will the Ukraine Military carry out the order, AND;
- What will Russia do once the Ukrainians use force?
We could be seeing the beginning or World War 3.
UPDATE: (FOX News) Russia successfully test-fired an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Tuesday. The Strategic Rocket Forces launched an RS-12M Topol missile from a region near the Caspian Sea, successfully hitting its target in Kazakhstan. According to a ministry’s spokesman, Col. Igor Yegorov, quoted by RIA-Novosti agency, the launch was carried out at 10.40 a.m. Moscow time (06:40 GMT) from a mobile launcher at the Plesetsk space center. The test was successful as the simulated multiple warheads designed to evade US Missile Defenses, hitting designated targets at the Kura test range on Russia’s Kamchatka peninsula, Yegorov said.'
UPDATE: WASHINGTON (AP) -- A U.S. military official says a Russian fighter jet made multiple, close-range passes near an American warship in the Black Sea for more than 90 minutes amid escalating tensions in the region.
The official says the fighter flew within 1,000 yards of the USS Donald Cook, a Navy destroyer, at about 500 feet above sea level. Russians have now posted on Twitter, a photograph taken by the fighter jet as it passed over the US Destroyer:
