All of Palestine is the Private Property of Palestinian Arabs

Smaller Font Larger Font RSS 2.0

Neither Palestinians nor anybody else need a proof to tell that Zionist settlements (colonies) are built on private Palestinian land, every inch of historic Palestine is the private ownership and property of the Palestinian Arab people. It is not simply the West Bank or Gaza, or whatever remained of them, or whatever lot of land registered in the name of a particular Palestinian Arab, or even any Arab are the private property of Palestinian land. All the Zionist entity is illegal as it is established on the stolen land of Palestine.

There is no need for records to prove that all of Palestine is a private property of the Palestinian Arab people, this in spite of that fact that the United Nations under the pressure of colonialist powers and international Zionism passed a resolution to partition Palestine between its indigenous Arab population and the invading Zionists under the protection of British occupation. Let us just for argument’s sake say the international organization has a legal authority to partition somebody’s private property, but the invaders took the liberty to throw into the waste basket almost all UN resolutions, as thus they should be either recognize all together or rejected all together, nobody can be choosy in international affairs and the fates of people whether occupied f free, as we said this is only for argument’s sake.

The B'Tselem group released a report on Monday, saying more than half of the Ofra settlement was constructed on Palestinian land and the government should treat the Ofra settlement like an unauthorized settlement outpost and dismantle it as it is illegal. Half or no half all of it, and the rest of Zionist occupation of Palestine is illegal, and a war crime.

We don’t know what to say about the war criminal Ariel Sharon, late or not late, he told his Zionist gangs to grab every hilltop and build their settlements (colonies) on them, would this legalize this theft, or the thieves and killers/criminals should be given life sentence if not hanged…

The Zionist entity of Israel differentiates between more than 130 sanctioned settlements and dozens of outposts. This is an enough excuse to say not simply unsanctioned they are illegal and conform a war crime.

The international community has repeatedly criticized Israeli settlement activities on the Palestinian land.

The international community should stop talking and take action of such rogue entity that the creation of which it authorized under the pressure by leading colonialist powers…

The settlement of Ofra

An Israeli human rights group says it has found records showing that a major Israeli settlement is constructed on private Palestinian land.

The B'Tselem group released a report on Monday, saying more than half of the Ofra settlement was constructed on Palestinian land and the government should treat the Ofra settlement like an unauthorized settlement outpost and dismantle it as it is illegal.

Israel differentiates between more than 130 sanctioned settlements and dozens of outposts.

B'Tselem notes that while all West Bank settlements are deemed illegal under international law, Ofra should now be treated like an outpost.

The group says that according to the government's own position, a settlement cannot be considered authorized if built on private land.

"The Israeli cabinet decided that an Israeli community in the West Bank that is built on land registered to Palestinians and that was constructed without the requisite permits and without declared boundaries is an illegal outpost which must be dismantled," the report said.

Ofra, near Ramallah in the West Bank, was established in 1975 and has about 3,000 residents.

Israeli settlements on the Palestinian territories are among key issues in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Despite Israel's promises made at the US-hosted Annapolis conference, Tel Aviv keeps destroying Palestinian homes and expanding Jewish settlements on Palestinian land. Israel argues that Palestinian houses in the West Bank are built without the required permission.

The international community has repeatedly criticized Israeli settlement activities on the Palestinian land.
