THE MARSHALL REPORT: MILITARY MOVES – WHAT’S HAPPENING?
Dianne Marshall
The same program was being commanded under President Trump. So … who is in charge? The Uniform Code of Military Justice is now being pressed for military to understand. Why? There has been a New Focus on learning the responsibility of leaders at every level to remain alert for signs of extremism and then intervening. In addition, all leaders are also responsible to investigate and report what they find. The question is….where is this going. This order issued by Biden is going to do what? Where is this going? To answer the question, we have to first know who is it that is in charge? While we watch the actions in the Senate, we look at the actions taking place in the military. Especially on the issues of making sure the Navy understands the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
The Problem with Lloyd Austin’s ‘Stand-Down’ Order
By ROGER J. MAXWELL February 11, 2021 3:12
Following a meeting with top Pentagon officials last week, newly confirmed Defense secretary Lloyd Austin directed a Department-wide “stand down” to address the issue of extremism and white supremacy in the ranks of the U.S. military. This comes after multiple news outlets reported that a handful of veteran and active-duty military members were active participants in the mob that stormed the U.S. Capitol building. While Pentagon press secretary John F. Kirby remained adamant that “the vast majority of men and women who serve in uniform and the military are doing so with honor, integrity, and character,” he said the issue of members with extremist viewpoints is “not an insignificant problem and has to be addressed.” While the efforts by Secretary Austin are well-intentioned, it is common knowledge what the road to hell is paved with.

Navy ordering all sailors to re-swear oath to constitution in extremism stand-down
FEBRUARY 23, 2021 RYAN MORGAN
Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin has called on the services to conduct a 60-day stand-down on the issue of extremism in the military, prompted by the Jan. 6 attack on the the Capitol and subsequent reports of both active-duty and former service members attending a rally calling to overturn the 2020 election and the riot that ensued.
“As public servants, we took an oath to the Constitution and we will not tolerate those who participate in actions that go against the fundamental principles of the oath we share, particularly actions associated with extremist or dissident ideologies,” Nowell’s message reads. “Service members, Department of Defense civilians and all those who support our mission, are entitled to an environment free of discrimination, hate and harassment.”
The call for a DoD-wide stand down on extremism comes after numerous current and former service members have been charged in connection with the Jan. 6 incident at the U.S. Capitol in Washington D.C., in which demonstrators entered the building, clashed with police inside and disrupted Congress. According to an analysis by NPR, 20 percent of those charged in connection with the Jan. 6 incident have ties to the U.S. military.
Kirby said Jan. 6 was a “wake up call” for the DoD and whether extremism exists in the military is no longer up for debate, “It’s really just about to what degree.” Read more: https://americanmilitarynews.com/2021/02/navy-ordering-all-sailors-to-re-swear-oath-to-constitution-in-extremism-stand-down/

The Army Reserve is investigating Maj. William Jeffrey Poole, 34, in connection with messages posted under the name “Nebor” on the social media site Reddit after a group of Army subreddit whistleblowers compiled a 75-page dossier on his comments across multiple online platforms.
“Nuclear war wiping out the major cities would be a healthy reset for our nation,” Nebor wrote in late September on a Reddit thread, one of the top posts on his profile overview. “As long as Tel Aviv got a taste too. But our nation would be better off without NYC, Chicago, LA, San Francisco, Dallas, Atlanta, Houston, Minneapolis, Washington DC, Seattle, etc. They’re all full of traitors and bugmen.”

So whatever all this means…. you can all dig and help figure this one out.
Something is moving….it is within the military…. and so… at this moment, I have no real understanding, but I do have an opinion, and I think it means military tribunals are underway. I believe the Senate hearings are the show for the popcorn, and the real investigation has been ongoing by the Military. Why do I believe that? Because President Trump was still President when the breech occurred, and he would have demanded a thorough investigation. And I have my own ideas as those who have been following know, and I still see what I have said as accurate or close to it as what can be seen.
Please dig folks. Is this new declaration and or FBI and Navy push a good thing…or a bad thing?
