Please read the attached.

Please read the Constitution. Please learn your jury rights, check out www.fija.org Your understanding of YOUR GOD GIVEN RIGHTS at the point in time IS more important than Monday night football!!

Please know that ANY law, even a so called letter of necessity, that is repugnant to the Constitution is NULL AND VOID according to the US Supreme Court.  Whether politicians voted to support the NYS governor did so because they wanted to show their party loyalty or by ignorance, makes no difference when considering what constitutes TREASON!!!

If you buy a Hunting or Sportsman license you are supporting the SAFE Act.

Some of things that will be a problem by the 1st of January due to the SAFE Act:

1.)Buying/transferring ammunition will require a background check. The amount of amunition purchased must be reported to NY State. Internet ammunition sales must be delivered to a dealer where you have to pick it up and have a background check possibly with fees and taxes.

2.) A junior hunter 14-17 can no longer hunt legally. As a minor they cannot legally buy ammunition therefore the parents have STRAW PURCHASED ammunition for them and both are violating SAFE Act.

3.) You cannot reload ammunition for anyone but yourself.

4.) You cannot give a friend a round while hunting or at the range without violating the SAFE Act.

5.) You cannot allow a friend to use your rifle while hunting or at the range without violating the SAFE Act.

Things to think about:

How will training programs such as  the Boyscouts and 4H comply with the law?

As the penalty for having a weapon in a gun free zone has been raised to a felony are you violating the law driving down a road in a gun free school zone while possession your rifle?

Several weapon modifications that were mandated by NY State law prior to the SAFE Act, have now been made "Assault Weapons" under the SAFE Act.
