Re: The “Ammo Surveillance Act,” California Assembly Bill 962
Dear Governor Schwarzenegger:
In my opinion, by signing the “Ammo Surveillance Act", California Assembly Bill 962 into law, you have infringed on the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution in California by requiring that California citizens be treated like criminals for wanting to purchase ammunition for guns and rifles. I don't even own a gun and I can see that this is wrong! By signing this bill into law, you have infringed on the Second Amendment, usurped the freedom given to us by the Second Amendment, and therefore have betrayed the U. S. Constitution, and to the good people of California! You do not have legal authority to infringe on the Second Amendment! You have shown the world what you truly are, a Liberal-Communist in Republican's clothing. You, and the Californian Assembly members who voted for this law, have lost my respect and no longer deserve to hold any public office in the united states of America.
