To my dear American Patriot friends,
Our Criminal Government has come up with the perfect plan to help them achieve their goal of disarming all of the peace-loving citizens of our nation, by use of a new bill, "THE AMMUNITION ACCOUNTABILITY ACT".., in legislation presently, and as I type this polemic, probably has already been approved by our TRAITOR legislators.
When we the people no longer have the means with which to protect ourselves against our rulers, we will all be relegated to slave status: any of us with the courage to try and stand up against the government's plans, will be dealt with by death or imprisonment.
One should always remember Patrick Henry's words: " Give me Liberty or give me Death."
My dear sister, Joan Darrin, has written a brief piece, below, which states the intent of our government to enact a plan whereby all ammunition sold to private citizens after June 30. 2009, shall be 'coded' ; or in other words, each container of bullets for your handgun or rifle that is sold shall be marked with a code number, and the person who buys the ammunition will be required to sign a register and show proof of identity- using two forms of I.D....(picture I.D.no doubt)
So what ! one may say.. but the real kicker here is the fact that your not-so benevolent Big Brother government will have knowledge of exactly what firearms you possess, along with your home address, so when it comes time for them to act in the confiscation of all firearms in private hands, the goons will know where to go to find them, knocking down your doors and terrorizing you and your family in the process..
I would hazard a guess that a great percentage of firearms in the hands of the public are at this time un-registered, thus frustrating government's task of knowing who and where the guns are... the problem is solved with the enactment of this onerous piece of crap bill... they will know where your unregistered gun is as soon as you try to buy a box of 45 caliber shells for your own piece...
"bad boy, bad boy, where 'ya gonna be when they come for you ? "
I guess it may be of some use to contact your senators and congressmen and protest this horrendous bit of legislation, but I doubt it.. the die has already been cast..

Remember how Obama said that he wasn ' t going to take your guns? Well, it seems that his allies in the anti-gun world have no problem with taking your ammo!
The bill that is being pushed in 18 states (including Illinois and Indiana ) requires all ammunition to be encoded by the manufacture a data base of all ammunition sales. So they will know how much you buy and what calibers. Nobody can sell any ammunition after June 30, 2009 unless the ammunition is coded...
Any privately held uncoded ammunition must be destroyed by July 1, 2011. (Including hand loaded ammo.) They will also charge a .05 cent tax on every round If they can deprive you of ammo they do not need to take your gun!
This legislation is currently pending in 18 states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Washington.
Send to your friends in these states AND fight to dissolve this BILL!!

Well, I voted, but It's worded to be lose-lose for us (as expected from USA Today).
The 2nd Amendment does NOT give us any rights. It simply states that the damn government will not infringe the right we already have to keep & bear arms.

This upcoming year will become critical for gun owners with the Supreme Court accepting the District of Columbia case against the right for individuals to bear arms.
