Since Donald Trump’s been elected, there seems to have been an effort to undermine him… from within his own government.
I looks like agents within the DOJ and the FBI concocted an investigation against the president. Although they ultimately failed, it proved there are plenty of wolves in sheep’s clothing.
What’s worse is the thought that there are members of Trump’s staff, even working in the White House, trying to stop his progress.
The president continues to work hard for Americans. Imagine pretending to support him, all the while trying to stop him?
One supposed staffer wrote a book, calling himself “Anonymous.”
But it seems like Trump’s got his number.

President Donald Trump claimed Tuesday to know the identity of the “Anonymous” government official criticizing his administration in a New York Times op-ed and in a book…
“Can’t tell you that,” he replied. “But I know who it is. We won’t get into it, people know it’s a fraud.”
But Trump appeared confident that he had rooted out the official responsible.
President Trump declared to reporters that he knows the “Anonymous” person who wrote a damning NYT op-ed and book.
There have been numerous books to come out attacking Trump’s presidency. A few were from media figures making wild claims. Often, they have been discredited.
But “Anonymous” claims to be someone within the Trump administration working “on the inside.” This person claims to be trying to be part of some kind of resistance against the president.
I smell a rat. How can anything think they can secure the trust of the president, while secretly working against him?
Of course, Trump knows who “Anonymous” is. He’s probably known for a long time.
Perhaps he’s following the old adage, “keep your friends close and your enemies closer,” which is why he hasn’t exposed them yet.
Do we really think Trump, a self-made billionaire and one of the most effective presidents of our lifetime doesn’t know who he can or can’t trust within his own administration?
If I were “Anonymous,” (whoever this person is), I’d be worried right about now. Perhaps it is a White House staffer. Perhaps it is just a media figure lying through their teeth.
Regardless, they will probably regret spreading unfounded rumors about the Commander in Chief.
