1.) Judge Tosses DNC Suit

The DNC filed a major lawsuit after Trump won the election, the lawsuit was against the Russian Government, Wikileaks, and Donald Trump. The Judge threw out this lawsuit on all fronts, Russia was let go because of federal law while Wikileaks and Donald Trump were cleared because of First Amendment protections.

2.) Pentagon Funding

Trump moved when Congress didn’t on border wall funding, he relocated unused money from the Pentagon to the Wall fund. A Judge in California shut it down but the Supreme Court backed Trump on the issue.

Early on in the Trump administration, the President moved to stop unvetted immigration from terror-prone nations, a judge in Hawaii stopped the move. The case went all the way to the supreme court and Trump ended up winning the case.

4.) Tax Returns In New York

A Judge in New York recently ordered the State of New York not to release Trump’s state tax returns. This is a major win for Trump, the state of New York had planned on releasing his tax returns regardless of his consent until this judge stepped in.

5.) Hotel Victory

Trump was facing a Democrat-backed lawsuit over the Trump International Hotel in DC and the lawsuit alleged that he was violating corruption laws because he was possibly making money off of the hotel while in office. The Judge dismissed the suit citing a lack of legal standing, Trump chimed in and called the lawsuit ridiculous.

6.) Bad Investment lawsuit

A company that had invested in the Trump organization before Trump became President did not get the return they were looking for and sued Trump and his family after Trump got into office. A Judge dismissed all the federal charges this case carried and Trump’s lawyers are claiming that the state charges will also be dropped soon.
