Trump crushed the norm last week when he took away the security clearance of John Brenan. This set America down a path of debate of why any former official should keep their security clearance after they leave their position. The answer many could come up with was common courtesy, but under this presidency, we have seen a whole lot of unruly, hateful, and vindictive officials who try their best to obstruct Trump while in their office and after they get the boot. These individuals are in consideration to have their security clearance revoked if we want obstruction and leaks to stop! Here are 8 individuals could lose their security clearance:

1.) Michael Hayden

This former NSA director fought against the idea of “Probable Cause” in the fourth amendment. He claimed that a search only has to be reasonable in order to be constitutional, but many legal scholars would disagree and say he is using that idea to justify his mass domestic surveillance program. Why does this former official still have security clearance after so many scandals?

Former FBI Director James Comey left the position a disgrace and then began pedaling another liberal “tell-all” book about the Trump white house. Too bad the book, much like his future career prospects, is a big fat nothing burger. This disgrace still has his security clearance and Trump has it as a thought to revoke it.

This Obama-era NSA director was scandal-ridden in her time and more scandals appear outside of her tenure regularly. Susan Rice Still has her security clearance while some Trump nominees have yet to be confirmed.

Strzok is a perfect example of the swamp, he actively used his position at the FBI to try to change the result of an election. This attempt ultimately failed however, his plot would come unveiled and he would be fired for it, yet somehow he still has security clearance.

The mistress of Peter Strzok, Lisa Page left the FBI before her firing but still has clearance. She was clearly involved in Strzoks anti-Trump plot (and seemed to be fueling it) as shown in the released FBI text messages. Disgraceful!

Andrew McCabe as Deputy Director of the FBI tried his best to slow down Congress and our President. He would routinely slow down the sharing of documents with Congress and the Whitehouse and for this, he was got the boot from his post. Now, these are talks of getting his FBI texts, will we find more Strzok-like messages?

James Clapper has been accused of serial leaking to CNN several times and left his white house post a long time ago. Why does he or any of these people have a security clearance still? None of them need a clearance because none of them work in this field anymore, Trump needs to take swift action soon!
