An informative new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin and French President Emmanuel Macron held their first phone call in almost three months to discuss the “Special De-Nazification Operation” to liberate Ukraine and nuclear security in the area of Zaporozhye, says following this call initiated by President Macron, it saw Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan revealing he will soon talk to President Putin about his just completed talks with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres, after which it was reported that Chinese President Xi Jinping could travel to Central Asia in September to meet with President Putin on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit prior to them attending the G20 Summit in November.    

After President Putin and President Xi confirmed they’d attend the G20 Summit, this report notes, the socialist Western colonial British government raged: “Russia has no moral right to sit at the G20 while its aggression in Ukraine persists”—a rage the British government didn’t express this past week when inflation in their country hit a 40-year high of 10.1%--and today sees it being revealed: “British consumer confidence slumps to record low as the country’s major purchase index is in freefall as food and energy costs weigh on households”.

As it pertains to “moral right”, this report continues, neither the British government or its Western colonial allies voiced a shred of opposition this past week when Ukraine banned all Russian language courses that is spoken by nearly half their citizens, not did they protest when Ukraine vowed to throw their own citizens in prison for 15-years if they dare accept any food from Russian humanitarian organizations.

While the world watches the collapse of so-called Western colonial morality, this report details, it caused State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin to factually assess: “Washington has condemned Europe to hunger, cold and isolation...It is ready to do everything to maintain its power over the world, sacrificing the welfare of citizens and the economy of European countries”—a factual assessment joined by Bloomberg News revealing: “The worsening energy crisis is piling pressure on vital commodities industries across the globe...Europe has already lost about half of its zinc and aluminum smelting capacity over the past year, and more is set to go offline”—an “energy crisis” about to get even worse after it was reported: “Russian energy giant Gazprom announced on Friday that transit of natural gas to the European Union via the Nord Stream 1 pipeline will be halted from 31 August to 2 September for maintenance…Upon completion of work and the absence of technical malfunctions of the unit, gas transportation will be restored to the level of 33 million cubic meters per day, representing roughly 20% of the pipeline’s full capacity”—and in the just published economic article “Germany At Risk Of Deindustrialization”, it’s grimly revealed: “A large-scale power crunch could seriously jeopardize the German industrial sector as the country’s producers of car parts, chemicals and steel struggle with energy prices that are hitting new highs almost every day...Earlier this week, the European benchmark power price hit a record high of more than $509 per megawatt hour, marking an increase of over 500% in the past year”.

In viewing the economic catastrophe wrought on the European Union by the socialist Biden Regime, this report notes, it caused Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov to most factually observe: “Hung up on restrictions, Washington can’t see that its strategy of choice has failed...It’s evident that the attempts to strangle, rip to shreds our economy have failed”—a factual observation joined by Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Pankin, who stated: “Against the growing geopolitical pressure from the ‘collective West’, the only way to guarantee stable trade, economic, and investment ties between Russia and its partners is to avoid the use of currencies that have become ‘toxic’, primarily the US Dollar and the Euro, and switch to settlements in acceptable alternatives, primarily in national currencies”, then added: “We proceed from the need for a gradual transition from SWIFT to financial information transfer mechanisms protected from external pressure, for which we are actively developing the System for Transfer of Financial Messages (SPFS) of the Bank of Russia”—is a creation of a new global financial system that is now irreversible—and is a new global financial system responsible for why Russian gold and foreign currency holdings have reached $580.6 billion as of 12 August and Reuters News Service just reported: “Russia will see a 38% year-on-year increase in energy earnings due to higher oil export volumes, coupled with rising natural gas prices...Earnings are expected to reach $337.5 billion this year”.

In an assessment of the lunatic socialist Western colonial ideology like seen in America that enriches Russia while economically destroying its own European allies, this report continues, it bears noticing Hoover Institution senior fellow Victor Davis Hanson assessing about the socialist Democrat Party and their leftist media lapdogs celebrating the unprecedented raid on the home of President Donald Trump: “They are the revolutionaries and they project it on to others...The whole purpose is on these agenda issues they're behind...And they feel that if they can gin up a January 6 crisis — sort of a Reichstag fire — and they did it, remember in 2021, when they had barbed wire and 30,000 troops in Washington, D.C., and the greatest weaponization since the Civil War”—an assessment joined by the just published leftist Washington Post article “Voters Tell Us Who They Are By Who They Vote For”, wherein it portrays President Trump as an evil lying racist and says about the half of Americans supporting him: “On Election Day 2016, nearly 63 million Americans voted for Trump, giving him more than 300 electoral votes and the White House...Four years later, the impeached, scandal-scarred president went before the American people once again...By then, Trump was known all too well...In his losing bid for reelection, Trump attracted 74.2 million votes…Trump holds cultlike control over Republican voters...They aren’t blank slates...They know what the struggle for economic and racial justice is about”—but in factual reality, these Americans aren’t cultists, rather they’ve flocked to President Trump because they’re terrified about what these socialists are planning, as best exampled today in the just published leftist New York Times article “The Constitution Is Broken and Should Not Be Reclaimed”, wherein it lays out a roadmap to completely destroy the Constitution of the United States of America.

In the latest example of how terrified Americans are about their godless socialist overlords, this report details, longshot Republican Party contender Luis Miguel in the upcoming Florida congressional primaries was just permanently banned from Twitter after posting the message: “Under my plan, all Floridians will be able to shoot FBI, IRS, ATF, and all other federal troops on sight!...Let freedom ring!”—an ill advised and repugnant threat message against American federal officers that, most certainly, would target former FBI agent Robert Cessario, who yesterday was sentenced to 18-months in prison for destroying evidence that exonerated former Arkansas State Senator Jon Woods, who was the first elected official in the State to endorse President Trump in 2016—was an FBI agent belonging to the same unit that concocted the Russiagate hoax and last week raided the home of President Trump—is a corrupt FBI unit that evolved  from the “Crimson Rhino” file the formed the basis for the persecution of President Trump before the 2016 election, involved multiple US intelligence agencies and not one single leftist mainstream media organization has told the American people about—a silencing of truth slammed on popular conservative comedian Steven Crowder yesterday, who was banned from YouTube after interviewing Republican Party candidate for Arizona governor Kari Lake—the same YouTube that banned the Oliver Stone documentary “Ukraine On Fire” exposing Nazi crimes that activists rioted against yesterday to try to keep the German peoples from seeing—but is the same YouTube that won’t take down the vile socialist New Jersey Teachers Union video lying about Florida’s fake news “Don’t Say Gay” that doesn’t exist and brands American parents as extremists.       

In knowing exactly what these godless socialist forces are doing to America, because they did the same in Russia, this report notes, it caused President Putin to factually observe: “'Parent number one' and 'parent number two': 'birth parent' instead of 'mother', banning the use of the phrase 'breast milk' and replacing it with 'human milk' so that people who are insecure about their gender will not be upset…This is nothing new…In the 1920s the Soviet so-called kulturträgers also invented the so-called 'newspeak', proposing that in this way they could create a new consciousness and change society's values”—and is a factual observation worthy of notice because of the just published American article “The Lesson of Soviet Villain Lavrentia Beria And The Current Evil That Dominates Our Country”, wherein it describes hidden socialist power structures: “Undergirding all governing is a large minion of faceless workers…These are the “Chiefs”...And the “Chiefs” actually run operations...Those elected are the “Faces”; those in the background are the “Chiefs”...This is a critical distinction that many do not see...Willingly the Faces surrender all authority to the Chiefs who “know better how to manage things”...And the DC Beltway becomes a shield that isolates the Faces from the reality of life in the nation it has sworn to represent...The ideals, morality, philosophy and legislation emanating from the governing body reflects NOT the electoral populace but the philosophies of the miscreants who deem themselves as “knowing better how the government should spend the people’s money”...With Stalin’s removal, Beria thought it was his time to step out of the shadows and become not only the Chief bureaucrat manipulating political intrigue but also the Face of the nation...He was given the combined ministries of State Security and Internal Affairs, which put him in control of both the secret and the regular police as well as a small private army of infantry divisions”.

As history records, this report concludes, hidden socialist “Chiefs” like Beria attempting to become “the Face of the nation” result in tragic endings, like him receiving a bullet to the forehead and his body burnt and ashes scattered to the wind—an execution made remarkable because it was done by his own socialist comrades who for the first time in their lives defiantly made a stand against state tyranny—and is a history worth remembering because of what occurred in America yesterday, where it saw fiercely loyal Biden supporting Black progressive Democrat Party federal public defender Natasha Taylor-Smith rising to the defense of unjustly persecuted 6 January white political prisoner Kyle Fitzsimons and defiantly tell the court:  

Good morning, your Honor, thank you. Good morning, counsel.

The 2020 presidential election was unlike any in modern times.Regardless of what side of the aisle you stood on, there were intense thoughts and feelings about the way in which each state handled the process. For Mr. Fitzsimons, the election results of his community came as no real shock to him. No Republican candidate for President had won four Electoral College votes from Maine since 1988.

But shortly after the election Mr. Fitzsimons started to hear about irregularities across the country. And not just from your typical aluminum-foil wearing hat conspiracy theorists. He was hearing these stories from mainstream media, from global elected officials, from state elected officials, from federal elected officials and from the President of the United States himself.

And if the old adage “where there’s smoke there’s fire” has any credence whatsoever, Mr. Fitzsimmons felt as though he was watching a towering inferno.

 And so he watched intently as challenges and rallies were held across the country. And although he saw the results of each challenge fade away, he was still being pulled by these same mainstream individuals, and by the Chief Executive Officer of this nation - that there was a plan!

That plan did not include the military. It did not include violence, or guns, or weapons of any kind. All that needed to happen was for the State’s Legislatures to come together on January 6th and to object to the certification.  TO COME TOGETHER ON JANUARY 6TH AND OBJECT TO THE CERTIFICATION. They had every right to do so. And each of them had taken an oath to protect our Constitution, and that included ensuring free and fair elections.

It was their responsibility. And if the Congressmen did that, and they found there to be irregularities, they would act. And if they didn’t, it would be over, and Joseph R. Biden would be sworn in as the 46th President of the United States.

That’s what this country is all about. That is what our nation is built upon.

So when Fitzsimons went to the rally in DC to support this effort, he drove down. He didn’t drive down with weapons- although prior to January 6 he owned legal firearms and knives that were used in his employment. He also owns several serrated and long blades that he used as a butcher. He didn’t link up with any fringe groups or anti-establishment types.

He drove down- he visited the shrine to Pope John Paul the 2nd. And on the morning of January 6th he got up early and walked over to the Ellipse. He stood in line for almost an hour to wait to get in. He stood during the speeches. And he remained the entire time the rally was going on.

He watched every speech, and yes there was some rhetoric- but the overarching theme of that rally was that there was a legitimate and legal path for an objection to the certification and that that was happening at the Capitol.

So after the speeches, Mr. Fitzsimons found his way down to the Capitol, where he saw people gathered. As he made his way up to the Capitol, you will hear what Mr. Fitzsimons heard, and you will see what Mr. Fitzsimons saw. Eventually he did find himself as part of the fray. And when he left the Capitol on January 6th, he was taken to an Area Hospital where he was bloodied, concussed, and received 8 staples to the top of his head.

In the days following January 6th, Mr. Fitzsimons never bragged about his interactions with law enforcement. He didn’t go around telling people how he tried to enter the Capitol. And he never ever advocated for further action. The election had been certified at that point. Congress had done its job. And he had traveled to DC to see just that! Congress to do their job.

That’s it.Mr. Fitzsimons never attempted to actually enter the Capitol building itself, and his sole purpose for traveling from Maine to the District of Columbia was to witness and support those legislators who had already committed to objecting to the certification. Mr. Fitzsimons could not get what he wanted if he somehow stopped that process from happening.

And while there was some interaction with law enforcement, Mr. Fitzsimons never intended to injure anyone, and the evidence in this case will bear that out.

And this court would say to a jury if there was one in the box, that what I have to say, or what the council has to say is not evidence – it is just arguments.

So at this point I’m going to conclude my opening remarks so that this court can get to the evidence and at the end of this evidence I’m going to ask this court to find Mr. Fitzsimons not guilty.
