Nancy Pelosi has a brewing scandal on her hands.

But this time the wrongdoing is beyond the pale.

Pelosi is in big trouble because she was caught telling this giant lie about the Bible that will make you sick.

“I can’t find it in the Bible but I quote it all the time, and I keep reading and reading the Bible,” the Speaker began. “I know it is there someplace.”

“It’s supposed to be in Isaiah,” Pelosi continued. “I heard a bishop say to minister to the needs of God’s creation is an act of worship,” the San Francisco Democrat rambled. “To ignore those needs is to dishonor the God who made us.”

“It’s in there somewhere in some words or another, but certainly the spirit of it is there,” Pelosi falsely claimed. “And that we all have a responsibility to act upon our beliefs and the dignity and worth of every person.”

Pelosi is telling a giant lie.

There is no such scripture in the Bible.

But media “fact checkers” did not hound her with four “Pinocchio” ratings or “pants on fire” liar labels.

In fact, they let this lie slide.

So-called “journalists” never label Democrats as liars.

They reserve that label for when they nitpick Donald Trump’s claims.

If Trump claimed he had a meeting before dinner, the media would label it as misleading if it took place at 3PM and not 5PM.

Many Americans have lost faith in the so-called “mainstream” media because of this obvious double standard in how “fact checkers” treat Democrats versus Republicans.

They are waking up to an essential truth that Rush Limbaugh often promotes on his show.

Limbaugh will often tell his audience that the big broadcast networks like CNN, MSNBC, the New York Times and Washington Post are no longer in the news business.

Instead, those outlets employ political operatives to advance the Democrat Party agenda.

And the latest front in the left’s war on America is demanding that everyone accept “shared facts.”

What so-called reporters really mean when they say Americans need to accept “shared facts” and “essential truths” is that everyone needs to agree with the Democrats’ premise on every issue.

Healthcare is a right.

Gun control stops crime.

Opposing illegal immigration is racist.

And finally, Democrats are the party of truth and Donald Trump is a liar.

That last talking point seeps into the American mainstream because so-called “fact checkers” rarely holds prominent Democrats to account.

For instance, Pelosi inventing scripture was never called out for the blatant lie that it is.

Meanwhile, these so-called “fact checkers” try to claim Donald Trump wasn’t opposed to the Iraq War—even though he clearly told Fox News Channel’s Neil Cavuto in January 2003 that the Iraq War was not something George W. Bush should be engaging in.

The media’s conduct gets more shameful every day.

But the good news is that the over-the-top bias and advocacy for the Democrat Party from so-called “journalists” has led many Americans to refuse to believe what they see and read about in allegedly “mainstream” media.
