You can't impeach, or sue him, because he's never oficially held office, due to being unqualified in the first place. That's why all of the talk about impeachment, & lawsuits are all a dog-&-pony show diversion. The congress critters (spell that traitors) all know this.
You can, however, try him for fraud & impersonating the President, & nullify EVERYTHING his administration has done.
