AMERICA....OUR STOLEN COUNTRY-Part I
Chapter I
"No person, except a natural-born citizen of the United States at the time of the
adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President."
Article II,Section I-US Constitution
Approximately 233 years ago our Revolutionary War began. When it ended, the United States of America was born, liberty proclaimed and laws enacted under the new Constitution. At that time, John Jay wisely convinced George Washington to include in the Constitution the Article II, Section 1 provision limiting the Presidency and Vice-Presidency to natural-born American citizens, so that no one with a dual-nationality or other foreign allegiance (British, for example) could adversely affect the governance of our Country, a provision casually ignored by many in today's political arena who treat Article II,Section I (as well as other parts of our Constitution) as "throwaway" pieces of legislation if they conflict with one's ambition.
By deliberately deceiving and lying to America and preventing access to virtually every document bearing his name, plus criminally offering a false " Certification of Live Birth (COLB) and a later false 2011 Certificate of Live Birth as proof of eligibility, Obama has demonstrated that he doesn't attempt to secure copies of documents from the issuing entities. Instead, new ones are created just for him. He has "cloaked" truth in secrecy and stolen a Presidency! Recently, on a National TV "open" mike, all America accidentally overheard him telling his subordinates to "find a way around The Constitution." Apparently, they succeeded. This from a man who, when inaugurated, swore under oath to defend that same Constitution. Today, our Constitutional liberty is sorely threatened. What John Jay feared has arrived, in the person of Barack Obama!
The year is 2008 AD. To support his claim of being a "natural-born" American citizen it's odd that Obama was aware of a status which today's judges cannot find anyone with "standing" to challenge. Obama, former Constitutional teacher, allowed his COLB, with but 13 points of information, to be posted on the Daily Kos website, while fully aware that only a long-form "Certificate of Live Birth", requiring approx. 41 points of information, was valid for one seeking The Presidency.Included in the approx. 28 missing points on his COLB were the birth certificate number(blacked out), Hospital name, Physician and birth witnesses. Now there's transparency! Though all COLB's specifically warn "Any alteration invalidates this Certificate" Obama criminally used his COLB to steal the Presidency!
Though his COLB was ineligible and promptly identified as fraudulent by many computer experts, his deception continued until April,2011. During that time many lawsuits, unreported by the Media, challenged his eligibility. Most were dismissed as having "no standing", against plaintiffs who did have "standing". They were standing up for our Constitution!
Not once did Obama offer to produce a valid "Certificate of Live Birth", even when subpoenaed by Courts. America believed we were electing a president. Apparently Obama believed he had been crowned a King. He would sacrifice (and he did) any person or expense to prevent professional scrutiny of his COLB.Why would he not release a Health Dept. "Certificate of Live Birth copy, a simple solution to a serious challenge....unless he feared the consequences of disclosure and, as his subsequent actions confirmed, was now experiencing that fear? Also, not incidentally, one Federal Judge even dismissed a case by claiming Obama had been "thoroughly vetted and massaged by America's vigilant citizenry during his two year Presidential campaign" whereas, in fact, Presidential vetting is not exercised by "America's vigilant citizenry" but by elected representatives charged with obeying the Constitution. Sadly, they ignored their responsibility.
THE PATH OF DECEPTION
When more and more people challenged Barack Obama's presidential eligibility the limited value of a COLB became too obvious even for Obama. It was a document which, even if authentic, could only bestow a "naturalized citizenship" status at best. It could help one obtain a passport, social security number or even to seek a license to drive a car....but not a NATION. Obama knew this, yet allowed the deception to continue. If his COLB truly matched a Hawaiian Health Dept.copy, as he previously claimed, it would make both documents COLB's, and both unacceptable for Presidential aspirants. Please reflect on that last sentence. Does anyone still wonder why Obama will not allow Hawaii to release a presumed copy for scrutiny?
Obama, his staff, former Press Sec'y Robert Gibbs and the Major Media outlets keep citing his COLB as proof of eligibility to this day. Realizing his attempt to deceive America with this document was failing, Obama immediately refused to allow any documents concerning his birth, schooling,etc. to be disclosed to anyone. His "transparency" consisted of only allowing a document which he, Obama, allowed to be viewed while never allowing direct access to the Hawaiian Health Dept. His secrecy seduced our Nation! Something, however, arose in 2010-2011 which forced Obama to change his defense of his "claimed" eligibility....to be continued>

Chapter 1

With the above words Barack Obama has indicted himself. In my previous letter I mentioned how Obama used his "Certification of Live Birth"(COLB),posted on a website,to deceptively claim for over two years that it confirmed his American natural-born citizenship status, as well as his Presidential eligibility status. In actual fact,his COLB had quickly been "branded" fraudulent by one computer expert after another. Even as he sequestered all his records from public viewing he was faced with a new threat. Individual States began considering requiring proof of Presidential eligibility from all candidates, in the form of a Certificate of Live Birth.
In 2009, to quell growing suspicions challenging his eligibility, and even his Country of Birth, Obama publically displayed,not a valid birth certificate, but a letter sent to Kapi' olaniMedical Center in Hawaii, stating that he was born there. How thoughtful-now even the Hospital would know. Actually, when Hawaiian State Senator Sam Sloan asked to view "baby" Obama's valid birth certificate the Hospital's Chief Operating Officer, Martha Stewart, would only confirm that a copy of Obama's above-mentioned letter (not a birth certificate) "hangs in the Administrative Section, away from public view and the original of it is stored in safe-keeping and protection" but she would not allow him to view it nor would she acknowledge the existence of a birth certificate of any kind in the Hospital's possession. Coincidentally, some Obama family members even claimed he was born in Queens Medical Center(Hawaii). In reality, a damning fact stands out. To this day, not one Hawaiian Hospital claims to be Obama's birth hospital. I repeat-not one! So much for the "vetting" process he and his defenders claim he underwent! Incidentally, I hope the Media's Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, Karl Rove, Chris Matthews,etc. absorb those words. In a desperate effort to make Obama's eligibility appear legitimate, fraudulent documents were fabricated....and I mean "fabricated".
Chapter 2
SINS OF OMISSION AND COMMISSION

When Dr.Terrence Lakin, former U.S.Army Lt.Col., began hearing of many legal challenges to Barack Obama's presidental eligibility, he, in compliance with his sworn oath (similar to Obama's) , to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic", went through military channels for clarification of this issue. Receiving no help, he then wrote directly to Obama, asking him to confirm that a valid "Certificate of Live Birth"(required by Hawaiian law) had been filed by him in 2008. In previous inquiries Obama never responded to others or he referred them to a "Certification of Live Birth"(COLB) which was posted on the Daily Kos website, as proof of his eligibility. In so doing, Obama lied to America. A COLB was not only inadequate for Presidential aspirants, as Obama, a Constitutional teacher, well knew but his copy had also been declared fraudulent by many computer document experts. Not once did Obama offer or even mention the existence of a valid "Certificate of Live Birth"(not a COLB), which might have confirmed his eligibility. Instead, he continued deceiving the Nation through the 2008 election! In Col.Lakin's case, Obama completely ignored his letter, the letter of a man who had given 18 years of faithful allegiance to America, merited a Bronze Star and became a leading flight surgeon charged with caring for the Chief of Staff's pilots and air crews. Feeling that Obama's authority to command had not been established, Col.Lakin refused a second deployment to Afghanistan. He was then arrested and underwent a military court-martial at which the presiding judge, Major General Carla Hawley-Bowland would not allow him to introduce any Obama records in his defense "lest they prove embarrassing to the President." (her words). Unbelievable! If Col.Lakin's attorney had wished to introduce the Constitution into the records because the oath taken to defend it was contained therein, would she also have rejected that request?
The General's concern for sparing Obama possible "embarrassment" (read: a deception being exposed) overrode any concern for the truth.The "sham" guilty verdict was followed by a dishonorable discharge, loss of all pay and benefits and imprisonment. Her kangaroo court had done its job well! A man who had served his Country honorably was brought down by a "Commander -in-Thief", Barack Obama, the only President in our history who refused to produce a valid birth certificate of his own and who,unlawfully, remains in Office to this day. If anyone has doubts as to how far Obama would go to continue his deception please re-read the above.No terrorist could have inflicted more serious wounds upon Col.Lakin than did Obama by his ignoring the Colonel's request for transparency! Obama destroyed an American soldier's career in order to keep his own career intact.
Consider: Two men took an oath to defend the Constitution. One (Col.Lakin) faithfully did for 18 years while the other, Obama, used lies, false documents and the "sound of silence" (aided by a subservient News Media} as he plotted to upend,not defend that same Constitution.. Just recently, he accidentally spoke before an "open" mike and America heard him telling his aides to "find a way to get around the Constitution!" Treasonous words, which spoke volumes as to Obama's moral honesty. To take an oath requires one to live that oath.
Obama did find time to fill out a form with names of basketball teams he favored in an upcoming tournament and to go on multiple vacations, including one to Hawaii at the same time Lt.Col.Lakin was "leaving" for Leavenworth,Kansas Penitentiary. How sad....one traveled in comfort, the other in chains! Why? For seeking confirmation that the service and salute which each serviceman and woman rendered to their President was being received by someone entitled to command their allegiance. Col. Lakin, who spent years mending broken bodies now found himself incapacitated not by enemy action but by a man who repeatedly boasted of being "transparent".....unless his eligibility was being questioned. I pray that all recipients of this letter add their voices to the call for vindication and restoration of Lt.Col.Lakin to the Army, if he so desires and to demand that Obama, who constantly boasts of being "transparent" be ordered to produce whatever birth documents (if any) are in the Hawaiian Health Dept.files and submit them to an impartial analysis for verification. After the manner in which he treated Col.Lakin and others, we cannot expect Obama to voluntarily produce any records. After all,in his own words in Newsday, Aug.22,2010 in New York he unwittingly characterized himself when he said:"The only people who don't want to disclose the truth are those with something to hide". AMEN.

Addendum
Four years ago, I started reading and talking to others who were seeking the truth about Obama's eligibility. Today, I have no doubt he is a fraudulent pretender who has stolen our Presidency. He has used every trick possible to avoid having to show valid proof of his eligibility, even going as far as utilizing fraudulent documents. His willingness to destroy challengers at any cost and the manner which he employs shows contempt for truth and our Constitution. Producing a valid Certificate of Live Birth could have resolved this issue years ago. Even recently, his attorney notified a Georgia court that a subpoena issued which ordered Obama to appear in court would be ignored by him and neither Obama nor his attorney would appear in court to answer it....and they didn't. Sadly, the court acquiesced to him and Obama runs around telling listeners that Mitt Romney should exhibit "transparency" by releasing his prior tax returns. What a mockery. This is why I have devoted the above article to contrasting the courage of Col.Lakin to the cowardice of Barack Obama.
Obama travels over the Country speaking to minority students who desperately seek financial aid for higher education and a better life (deservedly), yet he ignored a long-standing offer of the Globe Magazine to give him $100,000 to assist those students in return for producing a valid "Certificate of Live Birth". Again, a simple request....repaid with silence, an Obama trademark. His mantra seems to be:"if responding would threaten my legitimacy, I won't respond." ....and so he hasn't. Whose loss is it ? The students and our Country. Who cares? everyone but Obama. Having spent an estimated 3-5 million dollars (not including costs to the taxpayors) in legal fees to hide any information about himself should convince anyone that Obama very much fears disclosure! Is the name Barry Sortoro soon to come out of mothballs? A valid "Certificate of Live Birth", if any ever existed, would have saved Obama and our Country millions and the discord which he has caused.
I believe that the old adage about the tortoise and the hare is rapidly unfolding and that's why we should stand firm in exposing the deception which Obama has unleashed on America. Consider: when he released his COLB he said it matched the Hawaiian Health Dept. birth certificate. If so, that would make both COLB's, and, therefore, both ineligible. Two years later (April,2011), he then claimed that Hawaii "providentially" located and released to him a long-form Certificate of Live Birth which he started touting as a new proof of his eligibility. Incredible....a birth document never before seen,used or even mentioned suddenly appears! How little Obama must think of the American intelligence.His claim now would mean that the Hawaiian Health Dept. now has not one but two different copies of birth: a COLB and a long-form Certificate of Live Birth, both of which, by the way were overwhelmingly declared fraudulent by experts.
