Obama started a war in Libya without the approval of Congress...That is grounds for IMPEACHMENT!

Republican House leaders will meet this week to block Obama's clandestine military operations in Libya. They're pushing an assortment of legal measures to stop Obama's Dictator-like expansion of power.

In March, Obama bypassed Congress and declared war against the sovereign state of Libya. Despite public outcry and opposition from Congress, Obama gave the green light to begin air strikes on Libya.

A president MUST have Congressional approval to declare war. Article One, Section Eight of the Constitution reads: "Congress shall have power to ... declare War." Obama's UNLAWFUL AND BLATANT VIOLATION of the Constitution must be stopped.]

OVER AND OVER AGAIN, Obama sneaks his unpopular policies past Congress. Clearly, Obama has NO respect for our Constitution and the laws that govern our country. His tactic is to override Congress so he can have unbridled authority and control. When someone challenges his Machiavellian tactics he simply thumbs his nose at them and walks away.

When will Obama's long list of abuses end? The answer is never - unless he's out of office and out of power. We must take action now and urge Congress to begin the impeachment proceedings! Time is running out.

The Dictator-in-Chief has 60 days to get the approval of Congress or he has to withdraw the troops. Well 60 days have long past and Obama's gearing up to eventually send over 30,000 troops into Libya. Right now, east coast Marines are participating in the largest ever beach training drill in preparation for a ground invasion of Libya!

Marine Corps spokesman, Staff Sgt. Roman J. Yurek said, "Exercise Mailed Fist is the first exercise of its specific kind and the largest 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing exercise conducted in recent history. In the past, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing units had to deploy to the West Coast to conduct this type of training."

Mr. Obama's ILLEGAL actions are causing an uproar in Washington. Ten House members filed a complaint in federal court against Obama for taking military action in Libya without Congressional approval.

Speaker of the House, John Boehner (R-OH) warned Obama that he is in violation of the War Powers Resolution. He plans to lead Republicans in presenting a bill that will limit financing and prohibit the use of ground troops in the corrupt country. How is Obama responding to the criticism? The White House issued a statement declaring what is happening in Libya are not "hostilities."

We are already fighting two wars. Our military is already overstretched and our funds are dwindling. Yet Obama is IGNORING the voice of the people and the voices of his fellow elected officials. Obama's hubris is astounding! The only way to stop Obama's never-ending assault on our Constitution is impeachment!
