Supremes put another Obama case on docket
Bob Unruh - WND
The U.S. Supreme Court has docketed another case challenging Barack Obama's eligibility to be president, indicating the "proof positive" document that the White House released to shut down such disputes hasn't been entirely successful.
The high court confirmed to Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation that the case Alan Keyes, et al. v. Obama, Bowen, Biden, Huguenin, et al. No. 10-1351, was placed on the docket May 4.
Clerk William Suter provided forms in the case indicating that any briefs in opposition are to be filed by June 3.

The "Certificate of Live Birth" released two weeks ago by the White House was accompanied by a statement that it was "proof positive" that Obama was born in Hawaii and therefore eligible to be president.
But the authenticity of the image posted by the White House has been challenged by a number of analysts, and other critics. And some say the fact that the document cites Barack Obama Sr. as the father proves Obama Jr.'s ineligibility, arguing a "natural born Citizen" is the offspring of two citizen parents.
