OPINION: SUPREME COURT'S DECISION ON BARACK OBAMA'S ELIGIBILITY

In the report, 'THE WHITE HAT REPORT #8 - THE END OF THE OBAMA PRESIDENCY', it states:

"The Supreme Court is holding on to the decision and will not publish its decision for the sake of the American political process.  What does this mean and why would they choose this path?"

This case appears to be one where one has to really read between the lines and explore possible scenarios in order to realize  what is really taking place.

The Supreme Court's decision to hide their "decision" on the eligibility of the sitting president from the American people, could mean only one thing; they found the sitting president to be "illegitimate"--not qualified for the job under the U.S. Constitutional law.  By their act of "non-disclosure", the Supreme Court has surreptitiously disclosed to the American people that the sitting president is, indeed, illegitimate.

Should they disclose this decision now, thereby unseating Barack Obama?  Joe Biden would then become our next sitting president and would probably be forced to appoint Hilary Clinton as his vice-president?  That's a scary scenario.  Giving Hilary Clinton the advantage of becoming vice-president by default would be a disservice to the nation.  So, I doubt this will occur.

Still, they should make their decision public and let the American people see that the emperor not only has no clothes but also has no legal documents.

However, what I expect the Supreme Court will do, and what may well be best for the continuity of the Federal government, is to tell Barack Obama not to run for reelection or they will make their decision public, thus stopping his bid for reelection.  Forcing Barack Obama not to run for a second term is perhaps the best thing the Supreme Court could do for the well-being of the nation.

My highest hope, in this case, is that the Supreme Court knows what is at stake and acts in the best interest of the American people.
