'MANDATORY VOLUNTEERISM'... Is this a Repeat of History?

I shot this video before the bill was passed in Congress and the words "mandatory service" were removed -section 6104 of original bill :
However, I decided to post the video anyway as the fact that "mandatory" was in to begin with is a cause for concern! We must pay attention, that it is not re-introduced in another bill or by Senate. We must stay on our toes!
