One has to understand the structure of the United Nations, and come to realize that the power to carry out the “duties” of the organization does not reside in the General Assembly. The General Assembly has no meaningful function other than to pass meaningless resolutions. The power of the UN resides in the Security Council, by virtue of their veto power. And, the day to day actions of the UN, resides in the Secretariet of the UN. In the Secretariet, resides the “authority and machinery to put into force the programs and operations of the UN.” The Secretariet functions at the “will” of the Security Council.

The undersecretary-general for “political and security council affairs”, is the key office in the Secretariet, inasmuch as the official who holds this position has jurisdiction over all military and nuclear operations of the UN. Since the founding of the UN, this post has ALWAYS been held by a Communist. The founders of the United Nations planned it that way! In fact, Trygve Lie, second secretary-general of the UN, when confronted with the task of filling this position stated in his book “In The Cause of Peace”:

“Mr. Vyshinsky (of the USSR) was the first to inform me of an “unwritten understanding” which the Big Five had reached in London on the appointment of a Soviet national as assistant secretary-general for political and security affairs. And, Mr. Stettinius (US security of state) confirmed to me, that he had (in fact) agreed with the Soviet delegation in the matter.”

And, the practice has continued throughout the entire history of the UN! In September 1961, the U.S. State Department issued “publication 72-77 entitled: Freedom From War – The United States Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World. This document describes the Plan To Disarm the United States by turning over our Army, Navy, Marines, and Air Force to the United Nations. This program is to be carried out in three stages. Stage III outlines the final objectives of the disarmament program:

“In Stage III progressive controlled disarmament and continuously developing principles and procedures of international law would proceed to a point where NO STATE would have the military power to challenge the progressively strengthened U.N. Peace Force (Ref: Department of State Publication 7277, Stage III, Para. 1).”

Of course, the man who will be in charge of this operation and have control of our weapons will be, the Undersecretary-General for Political and Security Affairs---WHO, BY AGREEMENT, WILL ALWAYS BE A COMMUNIST!!! Thus, it is clear, that President George Bush is preparing the way for his “successor” to fully implement the covert agenda of The New World Order. Under a presidentially declared Martial Law, our nation is destined to be patrolled by foreign Communist controlled UN/NATO “peacekeepers”. And, make no mistake, it will be these goons who will be instructed by their masters to confiscate all privately owned firearms, when the “orders” have been issued!

Now you see, why it is, that I have been telling you, that George Bush’s function in this entire “conspiracy” to bring about a ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT ,is to “prepare the way” for his “successor”. And, I believe, that his “successor” has been chosen by the Zionist controlled International Banking Cartel to be John (Kohn) Kerry!
