The federal agency known as FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) is propagandized as being an emergency relief agency, whose primary responsibilities are to assist the citizens of America during times of crises, such as war or natural disasters (hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, droughts, etc.). And, while this scenario is partially true, it is by no means the primary responsibility of this powerful arm of America’s secret government.

While the administrative headquarters of FEMA is located in Atlanta, Georgia and various branch offices across America, the tactical headquarters are located in a gigantic underground facility near Bluemont Virginia. This site is said to be called Mt. Weather, and is referred as the Western Virginia Office of Controlled Conflict Operations. Mt. Weather is said to be the main hub of a network of about 100 other underground facilities! Connector routes to and fro allow for quick relocation of personnel and “residents” of the New World Order Underworld.

Short Story of Phil Schneider:

Phil Schneider was a geologist, structural engineer, and underground tunneling expert who participated in the construction of many deep underground cities and bases in North America and abroad for the US government. In May of 1995, suffering from terminal cancer, Phil began giving talks in Las Vegas describing in detail the underground cities, the government’s secret deal with negative aliens, high alien technology being employed by the government-including “corbamite”, mining on the moon, FEMA and martial law, and the coming New World Order domination. Al Bielek and other insiders who knew Phil Schneider well, have always confirmed that Phil’s info came from very high sources and highly accurate.

Phil was an ex-government structural engineer who was involved in building underground military bases (DUMB) around the country, and to be one of only three people to survive the 1979 incident between the alien Grays and U.S. military forces at the Dulce underground base. He had a Rhyolite security clearance—the highest every to come out and tell it like it is. His work as a geologist for the government that took him to over 70 countries.

Phil Schneider, a brave man, lost his life due to what appeared to be a military-style execution in January 1996. He was found dead in his apartment with piano wire still wrapped around his neck. According to some sources, he was brutally tortured before being killed.

Possibly the most damaging information Philip spoke about in his lectures was his profound knowledge of periodic elements, geology, and its applications in black budget programs notably stealth projects. Philip had a collection of minerals and metals which were in fact alien. These alien minerals and metals were compounded and applied to stealth-based projects. Philip also spoke of the periodic table actually having 140 elements not 104. The additional 36 were of alien origin being applied to Earth-based projects yet officially discarded by science and Earth culture as a whole. Needless to say Philip’s priceless collection of minerals and metals disappeared after his death.

Analyzing the lectures of Phil Schneider from 1995 can be an wakening experience for anybody. There are several dynamics that are recognizable by considering the progressive enlightenment in the last fifteen years. Phil wasn’t aware of the bigger picture beyond the Alien involvement. Phil loved his country and supported the patriot movement that reveals his unawareness that the entire system is dominated by the demonic lower entities. Yet, the information revealed generated a major threat against the darkness that motivated federal agents to murder Phil Schneider.

As we observe the media brainwashing humanity that a global peaceful arrangement is beneficial for humanity, the deceptive goal is to unite the world through a stage war with the aliens. Phil Schenider could not answer the question why don’t the aliens just take the earth by force. The combined powers of the darkness must respect free choice; thus, the manipulation of humanity, through deception, will cause the collective consciousness to surrender their free choice by choosing the New World Order and the Antichrist, which will arrive in a host body that the aliens have been working to create in the underground military bases.
