V,

I have been giving your question some further thought. It is true that in Volume Three, Chapter 27 of "The Catchers of Heaven", Dr. Michael Wolf identifies the chief of the Cabal as a "Naval Under-Secretary" named "Colm McGrath". This is certainly a pseudonym, just as Dr. Wolf told me that Lt.General Bob Lewis is a pseudnym for a real General in the NSC's Special Studies Group ["MJ-12"] whom he cannot name outright.

Thus, I return to my recollection that in private conversation Dr. Wolf identified the U.S. chief of the Cabal as former Assistant Secretary of Defense, now Navy Secretary-designate, Colin McMillan, the man behind the pseudonym "Colm McGrath".

Let me quote Dr. Wolf exactly as to what the Cabal is: "the darkest, most shit-kicking organization going. ...We now know it as the 'Cabal', a finely-tuned covert group, a well-orchestrated conspiratorial bevy of plotters and intruders with excellent secret counterpoint schemes and plots, and it i top-heavy with the military, as was the original Majestic Twelve Special Studies Group." Wolf went on to identify his group, the Good Guys, as "MJ12SSG, with the lead agency being the Alphacom Team, the target[!] of the Cabal."

Dr. Wolf goes on, "I suspect Colm Mcgrath's [Naval Secretary-designateColin McMillan's] Cabal is not even known to the Chief [then-President Clinton]. He very well could be leading an insurrection, a coup. The Cabal is responsible for the use of kinetic [space] weapons, and neutral particle beam weapons, and their hybrids. It is for their use against the EBEs [Extraterrestrial Biological Entities], who really cannot understand this apparent dual nature of the human equation. So, we must understand that they -the Cabal- are deliberately undermining the goals of peaceful negotiations, the most important of the AlphaCom Team's most basic of mission objectives."!

Dr. Michael Wolf's friend and superior, General Bob, in the conversation quoted, went on to ask"What does McGrath's [McMillan's] Cabal stand to win by waging a high-tech war, trying to blow them [EBEs] out of the sky? Oops! I do know the answer." His face was flushed. And he had the look of a man who had just stepped out alive from an airplane crash. "Colm McGrath [Colin McMillan] is not only our nemesis and mortal enemy, he is also a damaged person. And damaged people are dangerous."

Bush Nominates U.S. Head of the Cabal As Secretary of the Navy?

Friends,

The below two news stories I find chilling. I remember in a private telephone conversation that Dr. Michael Wolf of > >the NSC's Special Studies Group ["MJ-12"] told me that he had learned that the head of the Cabal in the U.S. was an Assistant Secretary of Defense whose first name is Colin and that he thought he remembered the last name as McMillan. Now we see in current news stories that the Cabal's organizational name is being obscured by a cover program with the same name: thus they follow the old intelligence adage of hiding a program in plain sight. Just as the supersecret National Reconnaissance Organization [UFO intercepts and captures] hides itself by the front operation, the National Reconnaissance Office [space monitoring orbital platforms]. It should be illuminating to see what Navy Secretary Colin McMillan will be up to. The Naval Space Command is the premier military jurisdiction in charge of UFO matters. This stems from the Navy being the first to retrieve a flying saucer, years before the Roswell crash. It is chilling to think of the U.S. head of the Cabal being placed by President Bush in charge of the Navy, the military branch in charge of UFO surveillance, intercept, capture and interrogation matters. SELECTIVE INTELLIGENCE by SEYMOUR M. HERSH Donald Rumsfeld has his own special sources. Are they reliable? Issue of 2003-05-12 Posted 2003-05-05 They call themselves, self-mockingly, the Cabal-a small cluster of policy advisers and analysts now based in the Pentagon's Office of Special Plans. In the past year, according to former and present Bush Administration officials, their operation, which was conceived by Paul Wolfowitz, the Deputy Secretary of Defense, has brought about a crucial change of direction in the American intelligence community. These advisers and analysts, who began their work in the days after September 11, 2001, have produced a skein of intelligence reviews that have helped to shape public opinion and American policy toward Iraq. They relied on data gathered by other intelligence agencies and also on information provided by the Iraqi National Congress, or I.N.C., the exile group headed by Ahmad Chalabi. By last fall, the operation rivalled both the C.I.A. and the Pentagon's own Defense Intelligence Agency, the D.I.A., as President Bush's main source of intelligence regarding Iraq' s possible possession of weapons of mass destruction and connection with Al Qaeda. As of last week, no such weapons had been found. And although many people, within the Administration and outside it, profess confidence that something will turn up, the integrity of much of that intelligence is now in question.

The director of the Special Plans operation is Abram Shulsky, a scholarly expert in the works of the political philosopher Leo Strauss. Shulsky has been quietly working on intelligence and foreign-policy issues for three decades; he was on the staff of the Senate Intelligence Com-mittee in the early nineteen-eighties and served in the Pentagon under Assistant Secretary of Defense Richard Perle during the Reagan Administration, after which he joined the Rand Corporation. The Office of Special Plans is overseen by Under-Secretary of Defense William Luti, a retired Navy captain. Luti was an early advocate of military action against Iraq, and, as the Administration moved toward war and policymaking power shifted toward the civilians in the Pentagon, he took on increasingly important responsibilities. <><><><><><><><><><>

By Robert Burns, Associated Press, 5/6/2003 16:07 WASHINGTON (AP) Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld has recommended to President Bush that he nominate New Mexico oil man Colin R. McMillan to be the next secretary of the Navy, two senior defense officials said Tuesday. McMillan, 67, of Roswell, N.M., runs Permian Exploration Corp., and was chairman of Bush's New Mexico presidential campaign in 2000. He served in the Marine Corps from 1957-72 and was an assistant secretary of defense in the early 1990s when Vice President Dick Cheney was the defense secretary. <><><><><><><><>
