Considering this was written  back in the early 1950's, or late 1940's,  I'd say Huxley was an insider, which proves once again that for someone to have been this accurate, and this right -- at least decades in advance -- Huxley must have had access to, or direct contact with, the  primary social engineering planners. . . else how might have Huxley known for sure?
