The ongoing global financial war is reaching its final stages. Multiple reliable sources in three continents are all now reporting that a major breakthrough in the financial logjam is imminent. We can confirm from our own sources (including MI6 and Japanese military intelligence) that a large delegation descended on Washington last week and read the riot act to the Washington D.C. establishment. They have been informed the Federal Reserve Board must be shut down immediately and the new financial system must be implemented or else the United States would be totally cut off from the world. The military is also close to open revolt with more than half of the military supporting a total clean up of Washington D.C., according to a CIA source. The Washington establishment therefore faces a choice between stepping aside and facing a truth commission or else arrest, civil war, chaos and eventual death for all members of the ruling cabal. We believe that sane minds will prevail in such a situation and that a peaceful resolution is imminent. However, it is not over until it is over.

Last week the Chinese were on the verge of helping the US government kill the supporters of the new financial system in Washington until the Japanese government intervened to provide protection. There were then discussions with the Chinese where they were given an explanation of the inner workings of the international financial system. They were also made an offer.

What was told to them was that over 90% of the dollars ever created were not owned by Americans. The people who own those dollars do not want them to become worthless paper when the Federal Reserve Board implodes. Instead, all dollars earned through honest work (i.e. not through derivates and other types of fraud) would be backed by gold. These gold backed dollars would then be renamed. The Chinese want to call it the Renminbi. The Rothschilds want to call it the Hong Kong dollar. Our proposal is to call it the Hong Kong yen (pronounced yuan in Chinese). Many details will have to be worked out by experts. However, it is certain that never again will it be possible for private individuals to manipulate the world through the creation of money. The Chinese insist the creation of new money should be a job run by the government and this was agreed to by the concerned parties.

[All the most powerful governments who would agree to this plan have been corrupted long ago, including and especially the Chinese government which is most communist and totalitarian in thought and action. And whosoever makes the money, controls the money and controls the world justice system, whether it be private individuals or governments, rules the world of men. Think! Do you really want to replace our U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights with another powerful communist (socialist-fascist) government system that would end up ruling the American people through their satanic laws?

I am, and always will be, in favor of replacing the illegal and privately-owned Federal Reserve, its collection agency, the IRS, and all Federal Reserve Notes (FRN'S) with America's own U.S. Treasury Department and the U.S. Dollar backed by gold/silver. The Federal Reserve created America's debt; they should be required to pay this debt off. The Usury (interest) system, which got us into this financial malaise, could be replaced by the exchange of collateral and future provision of goods and services. Every thinking, patriotic American citizen should insist on this wiser course of action.]

A high powered Japanese government delegation will be going to the Philippines towards the end of the year to deliver Chinese gold taken there in the 1930’s to China to be used for the purposes of backing up their dollar holdings. The Japanese delegation, led by the Japanese government & rsquo;s number two man, Hajime Ishii will also be given presentations about suppressed technology.

I will also be going there to give them some ideas about a new structure of global governance.

The Chinese want to move the UN headquarters to Laos because it is the site of some of the most ancient and pristine Asian culture. [Of course they do, in order to mold, squeeze, and control members of the world's nations just as they do their own people.]

This seems like a nice idea. Of course the UN is now an extremely dysfunctional organization and will have to be totally revamped. It now serves as a global control mechanism for the victors of World War 2. This will be fundamentally changed.

In addition, the functions of the World Bank will be moved to China, probably to Hong Kong. All current World Bank employees will have their track records examined and only those who have contributed positively to the planet will be re-employed.

[And who will be the governors and judges of these people, the Godless Chinese government? This is tantamount to exchanging one corrupt control group for an even worse control group, a One World Dictatorship under the yoke of a Godless, communist Chinese government. Giving over the entire world financial and justice system to a government, who has exploited communism better than any other group of people, except the Khazarian-Zionist"Jews", to enslave a nation or nations of peoples, is insanity. Does individual freedom and human rights mean so little to you? How long do you think it would take for the Chinese government to force its brand of satanic communism upon the members of this new world government?]

The IMF will be disbanded because it has only caused misery and poverty throughout the world. It has functioned mainly to steal resources and property from the people of the world. [No argument here.] In its place the Japanese will set up a new institution that will function to ensure the safety and stability of the global financial system. Hopefully it will be headquartered in Osaka. [Under whose authority...your proposed communist Chinese overlords and enslavers? I should hope not. One has only to look at the atrocities perpetrated by the Chinese government upon its people to see the folly of this thinking. The world needs just governments, not more totalitarian world government. It needs individuals who think and act in freedom and individual responsibility. For the world to begin to trust communist Red China, this government must make radical changes within its own structure, principally the replacing of communism and totalitarianism with a just doctrine of human rights. And then it must demonstrate to the world for reasonable period of time that it is serious about making changes in governance based on God's Laws of Balance. (I do realize that there are as many different labels for the One I call God as there are dialects. Please use the label for God which you are most comfortable with. The Supreme Being of this Universe answers to the heart's intent of the petitioner, not the label used.)]

All of these institutions will be set up as meritocracies. Anybody will be allowed to take the exam to join them. In addition, there will no longer be places at the top reserved for people of specific ethnic backgrounds.

The new organizations will all be very busy because the entire commercial structure of the planet will be changed. The industries that are expected to vanish or shrink dramatically include: petroleum, war, nuclear power and pharmaceuticals and automobiles. Companies in these industries will need substantial help to transform themselves. The petroleum industry, for example, could be changed into a geo-engineering industry. The armaments folk will move into space exploration. The automobile industry will start to manufacture anti-gravity scooters. [In an ideal world of true brotherhood of men and women, that is a wonderful goal. However, the world is under the control of a satanic cabal who wants to kill, and is in the process of killing all but 550 million people, and wants to enslave the rest. This satanic cabal is the Committee of 300 headed by the Crown of England. This Global Elite already have anti-gravity and photon powered spacecraft that travel near the speed of light and are able to travel beyond earth, but not beyond our solar system, and have no intentions of sharing this technology with the world.] The transformation of all the obsolete industries needs to be carried out in a manner that causes as little social disruption and dislocation as possible.

In addition all countries will have to agree to submit to the international court of Justice. [Whose justice? The justice of communist Chinese government? I think not. There is only one justice that is just for one and all human beings and that is the Laws of God and Creation, also called the Cosmic Laws, the Universal Laws, the Laws of Balance and the Laws of Nature. All of man's laws and judgments should reflect these laws and every participating country should agree to these laws before an international system of finance and justice is contemplated and has a chance of working and enduring. Because, if not, this world is doomed to repeat the same corruption and injustices that we are now experiencing, and perhaps worse. Look at the governing principles of each and every nation on the planet and you will find none which align more closely with the Laws of God and Creation than do the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights. And you want to replace this with a Godless World Government injustice system? No thank you!] Disputes between countries should be settled through negotiations or else in court.

However, it might be possible for countries to also agree to settle disputes through ritual warfare. They could, for example, each send 10 of their best martial artists to a desert island to duel it out but no killing will be allowed. [How about making a law which says that the leaders of both nations must go to that desert island to fight each other in hand-to-hand combat? We could put it on pay-for-view with the proceeds going to fight world disease and hunger. If a leader were faced with injury or death by another leader, wouldn't you think there might be more of a willingness to settle disputes peacefully? You will find that it is mostly these leaders of nations which seem to be he biggest war mongers of all. This just might end wars altogether.] The winning country will then get a more advantageous settlement of whatever the dispute was.

In any case, humanity is about to be freed from the grips of a horrific cult that has killed hundreds of millions of people over the years. Most of the 800 US military bases world-wide may well be shut down. The US military will have to be transformed into an entirely different organization dedicated to planetary defense and big projects for humanity. [That would be nice. How about, also, the irradiation of all diseases and all famine/hunger throughout the world coupled with a responsible world population control policy?]

For any just and lasting world government to take hold and endure on this orb, the head of the present satanic serpent (the Crown and England and its governing head, the Committee of 300) must be defanged and separated away from the rest of society. Next, the satanic 2% of the world's population, (the minions and puppets of this serpent) must be separated away from the rest of society. Perhaps it will start with every person on the planet first, understanding and practicing the Universal Laws of Balance in their own lives to the best of their ability and lining up in the Light, against the dark forces. Perhaps it will continue with every person knowing who their enemy is, how their enemy has, and continues to control them, and how our world became to be in such an imbalanced state of being. And perhaps it will grow with every person demanding that our leaders govern by those Universal Laws of Balance and demand that they repeal every law and make no new law that doesn't align with same. Also a formidable task. But is anything worthwhile ever easy?]
