Executive Order 11647 creates, along with the ten regions, ten sub-capitals through which the federal bureaucrats will reign over the natives. The Order states:

"There is hereby established a Federal Regional Council for each of the ten standard Federal Regions. Each Council shall be composed of the directors of the regional offices of the Department of Labor, of Health, Education, and Welfare, and Housing and Urban Development, the Secretarial Representative of the Department of Transportation, and the directors of the regional offices of the Office of Economic Opportunity, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration. The President shall designate one member of each such Council as Chairman of that Council and such Chairman shall serve at the pleasure of the President. Representatives of the Office of Management and Budget may participate in any deliberations of each Council . . . ."

The counties are merged with other counties, erasing state lines. The distinguished columnist Jo Hindman, who has for fifteen years specialized in watching this business, sums it up this way:

"Metro proposes to collect independent units of municipal government under a big super-government and to maintain control of such bodies through something described as "appointed executive" administration. Since these proposed metropolitan districts frequently cross state lines, the very concept of government units corresponding to them makes hash of our Constitution which vests all reserved governing powers in the several states."

Very Important Note: For those of you reading the information on Metro organization, you will need to understand the history to grasp the big picture. And this information is from several Jewish historians, scholars and encyclopedic sources. And again it is not about Religion!

Please note that the Congressional Records uses the term Jew or Jews and it really should have used the term Khazars because it is not about Religion! It is about controlling the world! Also remember the British Empire is controlled by these same 'Power people' and they use all the countries in the world. Under the heading of "civil disturbance planning", the U.S. military is training troops and police to suppress democratic opposition in America. The master plan, Department of Defense Civil Disturbance Plan 55-2, is code-named, "Operation Garden Plot". Originated in 1968, the "operational plan" has been updated over the last three decades, most recently in 1991, and was activated during the Los Angeles "riots" of 1992, and more than likely during the recent anti-WTO "Battle in Seattle."

WE have to stop the next thing that may be planned for us!

If the people of this world don't unite against these evil people, we will be fighting one another for ever no matter what our race or religion is!

Is there a plan to solve our differences or is there a plan to make them worse?
