You have to remember that as a journalist, part of the job involves talking to unsavory types. You also need to realize that quoting somebody in an article does not mean you believe them. This "illuminati" guy though is clearly connected to powerful secret groups and Bobby Fischer did indeed make that claim about 911. I must admit that my first reaction to 911 after I realized what a lousy job they did of covering up the fact that it was an inside job was to think "how could they be so stupid?" Nonetheless, my own reading of the 911 evidence leads me to conclude it was done by the Neocons who wrote "Project for a new American Century."
As for the 3-year thing, it was always a question of mathematics. It is like estimating when an unemployed junkie will run out of things to take to the pawn shop and become unable to pay his rent.
