Questions are being asked about the top man at the NYPD. What exactly is Ray Kelly's working relationship with the French President, Nicolas Sarkozy? Is he bought and paid for by French Intelligence? In fitting-up the IMF's Dominique Strauss-Kahn with sexual assault and attempted rape charges at the Sofitel Hotel, New York, on Saturday 14th May 2011, was Ray Kelly doing Sarkozy a political favour? And if so, why?
In Paris it is being said that the French Accor hotel group, which owns the Sofitel hotel in Manhattan, has operational links with covert political entities (officines) in France. Accor informed Ange Mancini, Sarkozy's intelligence chief, about Strauss-Kahn's arrest at 11.45pm Paris time on the 14th May, just an hour after the NYPD had removed him from his Air France flight at JFK airport.
Both Kelly and his wife Veronica are Francophiles. Veronica Kelly travels regularly to France on business. Ray Kelly, also, travels to France a lot. Interpol, the international police force, is based in Lyons, France. Kelly is said to be involved with "anti-terrorism" business there.
In 2006 Kelly was awarded France’s Legion of Honor, an order established in 1802 by Napoleon Bonaparte. This is considered France’s highest decoration. It is rare for Americans to receive this honor. Those who have are very distinguished. They include Julia Child, Walt Disney and Dwight D. Eisenhower.
In the summer of 2010, Nicolas Sarkozy invited Ray Kelly to Paris to celebrate Alain Bauer’s induction into the Legion of Honor. Bauer is a French criminologist, a national security expert and a thirty third degree freemason. He is a man who knows about Satanism from the inside. Bauer paved the way for NYPD detectives to be permanently assigned to Paris police headquarters to guard against "terror threats".
