It is directed mainly to police forces and solders because they decision on which side they going to fight will make a huge difference on the way the political and economical transformation will happen.
According to this video there is no a conspiracy theory but it is a fact that the tiny group of people want 80% population to be reduce into ash and it is in a progress everywhere and the most advanced in Africa.
In this video mathematical calculation about overpopulation is extremely surprising and makes an overpopulation argument not only ridiculous but plainly stupid.
There is a problem with meaning and application of “Global Non Compliance” and who to target besides this tiny group.
My suggestion:
The biggest, the most dangerous, extremely parasitic and constantly growing group of people are bureaucrats who are maintaining the debt money system.
Bureaucrats in governments, legal systems, money systems like banks and stock exchanges, international corporations and propaganda systems has to be reduced by 80% at least instead turning 80% people into ash.
They should be reeducated into producing real wealth citizens. It would be possible by decentralizing money issuance for every single citizen (not government) without borrowing and interest as is described in E. C. Riegel writing PRIVATE ENTERPRISE MONEY
