Our treacherous Prime Minister to destroy our sovereignty

Rev Fred Nile is in the NSW upper house and good to see him speak out on this matter.

Unfortunately he is not as forthright on immigration - anybody so long as they are Christian.

Congratulate him at least on his stand against the Communistic New World order.

Australians to Surrender to One World Government?

Tuesday, 3rd November 2009

The Rev Fred Nile MLC, Leader of the Christian Democratic Party, has raised concern that the Rudd Labor Government will subjugate Australian interests to a new international government to be set up by the UN in Dece

December 2009. Rev Nile made the comments in the NSW Upper House.

"Janet Albrechtsen' article on climate change in the 28 October edition of the Australian refers to the United Nation's "Copenhagen plot". The article deals with a draft of the climate change treaty, which she says is "aimed at creating a world government that would tax rich countries and give to poor ones". As members know, the United Nations Climate Change Conference will take place at the Bella Centre in Copenhagen, Denmark, from 7 to 18 December 2009. The conference includes the fifteenth Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change", said Rev Fred Nile.

"Ms Albrechtsen refers to the draft treaty. There has been no publicity about the treaty itself, but there have been many reports about Mr Rudd's and the Federal Government's being keen to go to Copenhagen to sign it. The impression that has been given is that a treaty will be drafted at the meeting in Copenhagen. In fact, the treaty has already been drafted and I have a copy of it. It comprises 181 pages and it was issued by the United Nations.

The draft provides three options—we sometimes do this with our upper House committee reports—and the delegates at Copenhagen will select one of the options or reject the three options and put in one of their own. The treaty is very detailed and spells out quite a few important matters, mainly involving the commitment of each nation that signed the treaty to virtually hand over its sovereignty to the United Nations in this whole area of climate change.

The question now is why the Federal Government failed to provide some of the information that is the basis for the treaty to indicate the direction the treaty is going. When 15,000 officials, advisers, diplomats, activists and journalists arrive from 190 countries they will be force-fed the treaty document to sign. We have to know what is in it. If Australia signs it—and I imagine Mr Rudd will enthusiastically commit Australia to it—what effect will it have on Australia? Lord Christopher Monckton, a former adviser to the Thatcher Government, made a statement at Saint Paul Minnesota on 14 October about his interpretation of the document. He has also been interviewed on Alan Jones' program on 2GB. Lord Monckton claims that the aim of the Copenhagen draft treaty is to set up a trans-national government on a scale the world has never seen. It talks about a new trans-national treaty and refers to a new body to be set up under treaty as a government.

Some people might say that is nothing to worry about or be fearful of, but the European Union has already moved to establish a European government, and Tony Blair has been suggested as the nominee for president. The European Union government will set up embassies in each nation and appoint ambassadors. For example, in each nation there will be, say, a French embassy and next door there will be the European Union embassy. The danger is that this is part of the thinking behind the Copenhagen treaty: a similar structure will be set up that will undermine the sovereignty of each nation. The treaty talks about a budget of $67 billion or $70 billion, which has to be contributed by the nations signing the treaty. It could have a big impact on us financially and a big impact on our industries and jobs. The Government must be very wary of signing this treaty", Rev Nile stated.
