ECONOMIC HIT-MEN OF THE RICH NATIONS:

According to John Perkins in his non-fiction, disturbing and truly provocative book: “ CONFESSIONS OF AN ECONOMIT HITMAN”, he defined concretely that ‘ECONOMIC HITMEN (EHMs) ARE HIGHLY PAID PROFESSIONALS WHO CHEAT COUNTRIES AROUND THE GLOBE OUT OF TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS. THEY FUNNEL MONEY FROM THE WORD BANK, THE US AGENCY FOR INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (USAID), AND OTHER FOREIGN “AID” ORGANIZATIONS INTO THE COFFERS OF HUGE CORPORATIONS AND THE POCKETS OF THE FEW WEALTHY FAMILIES WHO CONTROL THE PLANET’S NATURAL RESOURCES. THEIR TOOLS INCLUDE FRAUDULENT FINANCIAL REPORTS, RIGGED ELECTIONS, PAYOFFS, EXTORTION, SEX, AND MURDER. THEY PLAY A GAME AS A OLD AS EMPIRE, BUT ONE THAT HAS TAKEN ON NEW AND TERRIFYING DIMENSION DURING THIS TIME OF GLOBALIZATION”.

What a terrible confession of a former economic hit man! We know already why we are endlessly and tremendously suffering in the calamitous debt and poverty problems in the third world. And how evil the financial system is! Now we see that IMF and WB have their own well-trained, astute, highly erudite and astute economic hit men scattered all over the world, at the same time, spies, that through the infamous debt money system, they maintain total monopoly of credit, of money to debt-addict countries, continuously being raped and plundered, the pitiful and truly impoverished peoples, the cultures, the environment, the soil, the health of the native peoples, in the abyss of seemed to be perpetual miseries day and night. Monetary crisis is so acute, severe, as truly atrocious, shackling, tormenting and deadly to most poor families and third world nations but not to the private, commercial, foreign and international bankers, to the economic hit men and financial and economic racketeers in the world who insatiably rake up billions of dollars o  money and pile up their wealth at the expense of greater poor humanity.

SHAM AND DECEPTION OF FOREIGN AID GIMMICKS: THE REAL AND BRUTAL SCAM ANDRACKETEERING:

According to the findings of researches of the US-based Center for International Policy, they found out that the inflow of “dirty money” from the poor countries to rich countries exceed the outflow of foreign aid. Reportedly,the annual foreign aid totals of US$50 Billion (that do not feed down to the

poor and the needy in the third world nations) but the dirty money that flow or streams  illegally the other way, from poor countries to rich countries is

 reportedly US$500 Billion up to US$1 Trillion per year that go to lodge to thetransnational banks or transition economies of the Western countries. This is the illegal transfer of dirty money that reportedly, there are three (3) sorts of cross-border dirty money: corrupt, criminal and commercial corrupt dirty

money flows from government officials who abuse their authority and dip their hands in the till, then hide their stolen wealth offshore. Hence, such as those proceeds from crime such as drug running, human trafficking, racketeering, slave-trading, counterfeiting and securities fraud, etc. These can be also fitted to the description of John Perkins’ book in Economic Hitman but there are other disturbing activities of the economic hitmen in the third world nations other than these sorts of cross-border dirty money scheme. All these are directly or indirectly inter-related in essence under the present financial-economic system.

Foreign aid has many conditionalities like forceful adherence or compliance to US foreign policies or Western-based policies such as population control programmes, usually crafted or plotted by the International Banks, the WHO, UN, and other international bodies or multinational corporations. And among other conditionalities are those of imposing consultants from donor countries and requiring the use of their technology. And this is perfectly correct when John Perkins, former EHM has confessed in his book: “ …We build a global empire. We are an elite group of men and women who utilize international financial organizations to foment conditions that make other nations subservient to the corporatocracy running our biggest corporations, our government, and our banks.

Like our counterparts in the Mafia, EHMs provide favours (deceptive favours). These take the form of loans to develop infrastructure-electric generating

plants, highways, ports, airports, or industrial parks. A condition of such loans is that engineering and construction companies from our own country must build all these projects. In essence, most of the money never leaves United States; it is simply transferred from banking offices in Washington to engineering offices in New York, Houston, or San Francisco.”

Reading his confession, being a former EHM, makes one to denounce the terrible racketeering activities and operations of these EHMs. And according to his book, money just returned almost immediately to the creditors or bankers, and thus recipient country, usually third world country, is required by the signed protocol by their leaders or both parties with stipulated and agreed  conditions, to pay back the loans: PRINCIPAL PLUS INTEREST. Mostly EHMS, being so astute and persuasive, are successful convincing the deceived and fooled third world leaders, thus loans which are too large and that the poor and indebted nations are even forced to default. And worse of all, when this default happens because of conspired economic crunch, like the Mafia, the creditors: the WB, IMF, foreign bankers, the EHMs demand their pound of flesh that accordingly often includes CONTROL OF THE UN VOTES, THE INSTALLATION OF MILITARY BASES, THE FOREIGN AID CONDITION OF SUPPORTING WAR OF THE COALITION OF THE WILLING AGAINST OTHER COUNTRIES (BEING SUSPECTED AS HARBORING TERRORISM AND KEEPING WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTIONS, ETC.) THAT ARE NOT UNDER THE EMPIRE, or access to precious resources such as oil or minerals of the third world nations and the debtor poor nations remain in HUGE DEBTS, impossible to pay off the debts, under the protocol, under the system, owe the money to the creditors and thus from one country to another, becomes under the control of the global empire.

Undeniably, undoubtedly, indeed, this is a great global financial racketeering, raping the third world, even controlling and dictating the

economic and political policies and even interfering or influencing the decisions of the Supreme Courts to the detrimental repercussions upon the poor populations. All these canard things, under the swindling financial-economic system, notably, based on debt.

THIRD WORLD DEBT AND INTEREST, AND THE LEGAL TRANSFER (legalized racket) OF MONEY FROM THE POOR TO RICH COUNTRIES:

And how about the calamitously hair-raising legal transfer of money from poor nations to rich nations in the form of interest payments, that, reportedly, third world nations pay around or between US$300 to US$400 Billion of interest to rich nations under the tutelage and supervision of the IMF and WB and in collusion to bilateral creditors and foreign bankers and multinational corporations. More or less the total third world debt is almost closed to US$5 Trillion, and alas, the third world hugely-indebted nations with populations suffering in the abyss and trap of economic crunch, poverty, hunger, diseases,

economic deprivations and insecurities under the debt money system and schemes being monitored by IMF and WB, thus continue the addiction of borrowing money at interest to accordingly bolster the money supply and pump prime the economies but oftentimes result to only a mirage and fantasy, that is only to distract people from the real issues, problems and reforms, entertain or fool peoples to forget or confuse the real solutions.

The debt money system has continued to bury the third world peoples ALIVE into the deepest muddy-pit of calamitous debt and poverty in compliance with the structural policies of the global manipulators and financial global racketeers by inducing poor nations into endless borrowing money.

IMF bail out:

IMF bail-out to rich nations is not a grant or a gift but it comes in the form of loan, repayable with interest, interest that is unbearable, tormenting, and skyrocketing, beyond repayment. Through the hocus-pocus, lies and misrepresentations of the EHMs, much of the borrowed money of third world nations from IMF and WB, foreign and bilateral creditors, flows back into the economies of wealthy western nations. In the first place, under the money system creation, this is a plain racketeering monetary tactic-gimmick to keep the third world nations in the perpetual bondage of debt, poverty and slavery. And as the money system operates in iniquity in terms of monetary creation, and thus like loans from a commercial banks, IMF and WB, et al loans money creating out of nothing. IMF does it, based on the reserved cash pool from the membership subscription payments annually of many nations, around 184 captive countries, and loan money is primarily provided by Western richnations, also pressuring their TAXPAYERS to the bone. G-8 nations as a consequence, also go to abyss of debt to provide it. In USA, the primary investor of IMF and WB, reportedly, in 2005, the federal debt reached the US$8 Trillion mark (US$26,672 for each U.S. citizen including the immigrant and the migrant citizens). US interest payments on US federal debt in 2004 were US$321 Billion and perhaps this 2006, around US$350 to US$400 Billion interest to be paid to Federal Reserved banks. Andaccordingly, the total debt of US states, corporations, consumers, etc. is over US$41 Trillion.

G-8 nations under the debt money system are the primary investors of the IMF, victims of their own infinitely silly economic system of borrowing, but still,  likewise, they want to keep the third world nations in the bondage of debt, poverty and slavery.

IMF does not lend its deposits, its cash funds, but creates money, like any commercial banks, out of nothing and then lends to the third world nations repayable with interest according to imposed agreement and conditionalities. The IMF deposits, funds are only a plausible screen to hide the ugly creation of money out of nothing. There are so many evils that can’t be listed in this article as a result of debt money system. All in all, the sums paid in interest over the year of the third world nations far exceed the amounts of the original loans themselves from OUT OF NOTHING DEBT-BASED MONEY CREATION. There are enormous evidences cropping up but being kept in conspiracy: by the racketeers, government leaders, even the economists, bankers, economic hitmen.  Impoverished third world nations paid more than enough – a veritable abyss of human and third world degradation and destruction to horrors of death of the poor populations.

To recapitulate this article, foreign and international aid from rich nations to third world –which is nothing but only a leaf from the vine or a drop in the mighty ocean the impoverished third world populations—sometimes confuses the issuance of further loans at interest, and does not really feed down to the poor and the needy, but goes to rapacious government leaders, racketeers, et al, back to banking and financial institutions and corporations that money flows back to rich nations both in the FORMS OF ILLEGAL DIRTY MONEY AND LEGAL TRANSFER (legalized racket) of money (FROM HARD-EARNED TAXPAYERS’ MONEY OR FROM FURTHER OVERSEAS BORROWINGS) through the savage cruelties of interest payments.

FOREIGN AID BECOMES A TOOL FOR CAMOUFLAGING THE ASTUTE INTERPLAY OF BANKING PROFIT AND INTEREST AND OF THOSE OF EHMS. HENCE, FOREIGN AID BECOMES A GRAND DECEPTION OF THE INTERNATIONAL BANKERS, RICH NATIONS THROUGH FOREIGN POLICIES AND IMPERIALISTIC DEMANDS AND CONDITIONS. FOREIGN AID IS USED AS ‘A CALMING

TOOL’ TO VIRTUALLY HIDE THEIR MONOPOLY OF MONEY CREATION, AND CONTINUE COVER UP THEIR HEINOUS ECONOMIC CRIMES AGAINST THE POOR NATIONS, THE INNOCENT INDIGENOUS POPULATIONS, AND THEREBY CONTINUE THEIR MOST ATROCIOUS ECONOMIC AND MONETARY ENSLAVEMENT UPON THE SUFFERING POOR INHABITANTS WHO HAVE LOST THEIR DIGNITY AS HUMAN PERSONS WHO ARE REDUCED TO PAUPERISM AND BEGGARY TO SURVIVE IN THIS PLANET.

THE NOBLE AND LAUDABLE FOREIGN AID: An exception for justice and charity to the poor and the needy.

The only noble, laudable and in fact honorable and even sane way of foreign

aid is of those FOREIGN INDIVIDUALS who feel and express their sincere commitments for change and show their solidarity, fellowships, compassion and justice in their own efforts to help the poor and the needy in the third world directly without it passing through the hands of corrupt government officials or not under or through the conditions of foreign policies of the minions of the rich government agencies or multinational corporations.

Ultimately, of course, the best form of economic solution, more than foreign aid, is the general rectification of the present debt-based money system. Debt free money creation to all nations. For so long as the power to create money is in the hands of private international interests with their evil minions who do it for insatiable profit and control, we can never say that we have real independence and democracy.

Lastly, the proposed US$25 Billion aid package announced or touted by British Prime Minister Tony Blair cannot do ultimately to change the poverty and debt situations, the miseries of third world nations under the sham and deceptive foreign aid patterns, policies and conditions and mostly under the present calamitous debt-based money system.

There is no problem of the shortage of wealth, money and food in the world in this modern age of plenty only if there is no monopoly. The real problem is selfishness, greed and avarice of mankind. There is no lack of God's Providence, what is lacking is justice and charity.

The global economy produces more or less US$30 TRILLION value of wealth production annually but only goes to the powerful and super-rich multinationalcorporations, global mega-bankers, commercial/financial institutions,millionaire-billionaire-tycoons that and who control money, wealth andpopulation. Individual, organizations, institutions, systems, ideologies,beliefs, practices and policies are, alas, hostile  to faith, morality, life,family and the poor in the third world.

Hundreds of billions of tonnes of FOOD, and other goods go to waste every yearin the whole world while more than 900 million people are suffering hunger,diseases and tremendously life-health devastating-killing material and monetarypoverty and economic hemorrhage. Millions, billions to trillions of money arescandalously misused and wasted in the world for spiritually, morally,physically, economically, socially and environmentally damaging programmes andprojects when undeniably millions of people are in the most shameful,devastating, dreadful, miserable and most degrading poverty.

Reportedly, there are around 7.5 million Millionaires to Billionaires globally with the collective assets of US$25 Trillion, and is expectedly reaching to US$44.9 Trillion in 2006-2007 and much more in the coming years at the expenseof the sufferings of billions of poor people in this planet.

Individual tycoon millionaires and billionaires, commercial / international banking / financial institutions and multinational corporations make and earncombined trillions of dollars profit annually in the whole world while millionsof poor families, children, aged, farmers and workers are suffering injustice,ignominiously starving in the sea of miseries, and many nations most particularly in the Third world nations fall into the traps of enormous and

gargantuan unpayable debts-at-interest payments of their astronomical and mountainous foreign debts at the cost of human life and the sufferings of millions of poor people in the quagmire of hardcore poverty. Due to lack and/orabsence of justice and charity in the conscience of mandkind, there are manypeople now who are engaged in wanton acts of economic/social/monetary injustice, sabotage, speculations, corruptions, racketeerings, scams, violence, crimes andother chicaneries, enjoying the heavens of luxuries and greatabundance in front of millions to billions of desperate poor people in theworld.

Many times, rich people (with few exceptions and with my apology) in the more affluent countries are so blinded to what poor people in the impoverished communities and third world nations of the debt-logged unjust economic system really have to go through in the eye of a needle of hardships and miseries just to get their basic necessities to survive. Without justice and charity in the heart and conscience of rich people, they usually turn a blind eye or a deaf ear to the groaning cry of the poor, of the poorest in the world.

God has created the earthly goods for all men, without exception, no doubt.  Hence, all men without exception, have the inherent basic inalienable rights in strict social and economic justice to have such share from the abundance ofearthly goods as needed to live as human persons as children of God. God-made-wealth and men-transformed earthly goods could only serve life when these are distributed according to justice and charity.

Let us help together to build a new civilization of love, of life, of justice, of peace and of solidarity for a new better world for all mankind according tothe plan of God. Let us do and promote charity to change the world.

JUSTICE AND CHARITY ARE THE ANSWER TO WORLD PEACE!
