Los Angeles, Alta California - September 26, 2008 - (ACN) The most powerful empire that ever existed is collapsing. The collapse began when the USA armed forces were humiliated in Vietnam and the world witnessed the extraordinary event that took place in Saigon on April 30, 1975. That day saw the defeat of the mighty US military machine by a humble but extraordinarily courageous and intelligent people that US drill sergeants in boot camps called "the gooks". That day saw the disorganized evacuation of all Americans along with hundreds of South Vietnamese collaborators from the rooftop of the US Embassy in Saigon.

The defeat of the USA by the Vietcong and the North Vietnamese regular army led by the military genius General Vo Nguyen Giap commenced a series of cascading events that has culminated in the present sorry state of affairs in Washington and Wall Street.

Wars are not cheap. In the USA they have been paid with the blood of soldiers and by the citizenry who pay the taxes. Only the merchants of war have profited. These are the manufacturers and dealers of expensive weapon systems, the bankers who finance them at high interests rates, members of the military high brass in cahoots with the arms dealers and a cadre of corrupt politicians in Congress and the White House who are paid by the war profiteers to fund the wars.

After the Vietnam War, signs of decay and disintegration started to manifest in all sectors of USA society.. Thousands of physically and mentally disabled veterans where neglected by an incompetent and in many cases an uncaring US Veterans Administration. Among the most neglected were Black and Latino veterans. Many of these so called "war heroes" became homeless and ended up in the skid rows of major American cities hopelessly addicted to alcohol and hard drugs. Eventually many committed suicide. Not a word of support for these wretched crippled veterans was heard from those patriotic Americans who during the war were constantly yelling "Support Our Troops. These patriotic Americans that were doing the yelling were being led by the war profiteers.

When the war ended after the fall of Saigon, the usual war profiteers had to redirect their lust for money towards the USA economic system. They began planning massive scams on the American public and dutiful taxpayers. This Era saw the 1980-1990 Savings and Loan scam which cost the American taxpayers billions of dollars. Among the most notorious scams during this Era was the Lincoln Savings and Loan case in which five U.S. senators (Alan Cranston, Don Riegle, Dennis DeConcini, John Glenn & John McCain) were implicated in an influence-peddling scheme. The theft was named for Charles Keating, who headed Lincoln Savings and who made $300,000 in political contributions to the senators. Three of those senators: Alan Cranston (D-CA), Don Riegle (D-MI), and Dennis DeConcini (D-AZ) were ousted from office. Senators John Glenn (D-OH) and John McCain (R-AZ) were rebuked by the Senate Ethics Committee for intervening with federal regulators on behalf of the crook Charles Keating.

Another shameful case involved the George Bush family. It was the Silverado Savings and Loan scam. Silverado Savings and Loan collapsed in 1988, costing taxpayers $1.3 billion. Neil Bush, son of then Vice President of the United States George H. W. Bush, was Director of Silverado at the time. Neil Bush was accused of giving himself loans and other perks from Silverado and approving $100 million in "bad loans" to his business partners. The US Office of Thrift Supervision investigated Silverado's failure and determined that Neil Bush had engaged in numerous "breaches of his fiduciary duties involving multiple conflicts of interest." Although Bush was never jailed for his crimes, a civil action was brought against him by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and was only fined a mere $50,000 for his crimes. A Resolution Trust Corporation suit against Neil Bush was settled in 1991 for $26.5 million.

These Era also saw other major scams against the naive American public. Among these was a 30 billion dollar energy scam on Californians by Enron Corporation and other crooked Bush Administrations cronies. California experienced sky-high electricity and natural gas prices between 2000 and 2001 that bankrupted the state’s largest utility. It also experienced several days of rolling blackouts due to widespread manipulation by several Texas-based energy companies with close ties to President George Bush. These crooked corporations were Enron, Dynegy Inc. and Reliant Resources. All three corporations contributed heavily to Bush’s presidential campaign.

The war in Iraq saw another kind of profiteer. These were the greedy and merciless oil barons who lusted for the oil fields of Iraq. No longer able to point to a "communist bogeyman" to justify to the American people launching a murderous military attack on the country, they invented a new kind of enemy. The drill sergeants in the boot camps of America began indoctrinating a new crop of poor and ignorant cadets into hating a new enemy. Instead of brainwashing the recruits to hate and kill "the gooks" they now trained them to hate and kill "the ragheads".

The campaign to demonize "the ragheads" began in a plan concocted by a group of Bushites better known as the Neocons. These nefarious people worked through well funded "think tanks" and their first major project was to undertake the execution of an event that would turn the American public vehemently against the newly defined enemy. The Neocons who are closely connected to the bankers and financiers that control the private corporation commonly known as "The Federal Reserve Board" and through it the US monetary system paid scholars and the media to wage intellectual war against "the ragheads". One of the major works that came out of this effort was a book authored by Professor Samuel P. Huntington titled, "The Clash of Civilizations" which proposes that the West is now in a mortal battle against Islam. The American public, having been under-schooled on purpose for decades, fell for Huntington's, and other Neocon propaganda, hook, line and sinker.

After the American mind had been fertilized with the right kind of notions, the Neocons went further to implement their plans. Their first aim was to take over Iraq's oil fields and kill Saddam Hussein. The Neocons utilised a series of lies to justify an invasion of Iraq. The biggest lie was that Iraq possessed lethal chemical weapons and was on the verge of creating nuclear weapons. After 600,000 Iraqi civilians murdered, the USA war profiteers have not been able to capitalize and take full control of Iraq's oil riches and the Iraq war expenditures are now taking a heavy toll on the US economy.

The price being paid by the USA for attacking the Islamic countries of Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and the proposal to attack Iran is not measured by money and blood alone. The USA has now lost the respect of pretty much the entire globe. Many powerful countries are now uniting and conspiring against the US government because of its war mongering and attitudes towards other people and culture of the world.

Among these countries are those of Central and South America and Mexico. For over two centuries now, the USA has earned the disrespect of its neighbors in the Western Hemisphere. The USA's haughty attitude towards its neighbors, including the Monroe Doctrine and the doctrine of Manifest Destiny, has contributed in creating strong and determined enemies in the region. The doctrine of Manifest Destiny resulted in the theft of over half of Mexico's territory. The covert activities by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in Latin America designed to maintain control of the region's natural resources on behalf of the US corporate establishment have resulted in horrendous human rights abuses. The assassination of President Salvador Allende of Chile, of Comandante Ernesto "Che" Guevara in Bolivia and of Archbishop Arnulfo Romero in San Salvador are direct consequences of USA covert operations in Latin America.

Most recently there was a CIA covert operation to assassinate President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela and to overthrow President Evo Morales of Bolivia. As a consequence both countries have expelled the US ambassadors and soon there may be more Latin American countries declaring their respective US ambassadors "Personas Non Gratas". Venezuela, which is one of the largest exporters of oil to the USA, has allied itself militarily with Russia. In November the Venezuelan Armed Forces will be holding military exercises in the Caribbean with a large and powerful Russian naval flotilla that is presently sailing towards Venezuelan territorial waters. Also, Hugo Chavez was just in China negotiating huge oil deals. If Washington continues in its nefarious ways, Chavez might just cut all oil supplies to the USA and Americans would probably be paying $10 dollars per gallon to fill up their automobiles, trucks and other essential means of transportation. This would have a catastrophic effect on the USA weakened economy that is already being sucked dry by greedy bankers, Wall Street scammers and corrupt politicians.

President Hugo Chavez is today known as "Chavez of Arabia" because he has come forward in defense of the besieged Arab/Muslim people by the USA and Israel. The region refers to the USA and Israel as "The Great Satan and the Little Satan". Hugo Chavez has also forged a powerful alliance with Iran. It does not take a rocket scientist to contemplate what this all means for the future of the USA,

This weekend, the Treasurer of the United States, the Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board and a few US Senators will continue with their efforts to draft a 700 billion dollar plan to bailout Wall Street and those responsible for most of the world's woes since the enactment of the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 by a US Congress in the pockets of international bankers. A "mother of all scams" is in the making. P.T. Barnum, the founder of a world famous circus and creator of many freak shows, once said, "There is a sucker born every minute." I now believe that in America, the number is much greater and many of these are presently serving in the US Congress. The US House of Representatives and the US Senate seems to be comprised of half idiots and half brilliant crooks and the American public is caught in between.

To our beloved community in Aztlan, prepare yourselves. The US Empire is going down but their is no reason we should go down with them. The US system may be already too decayed to save. There is very little difference between the two ruling parties. They are allowed to take turns governing to give the impression that there is real "democracy" in the empire. The party conventions you saw in Denver and the "twin cities" were mere "dog and pony shows". The Plan de Aztlan hit it right on the mark when it stated that the Democratic and Republican parties are "the same animal with two heads that feed from the same trough."

The "trough" in the above statement refers to the international banking families that have no allegiance to any nation and who control the Federal Reserve Board and thorough it the monetary system of the USA. They manipulate the economy by setting interest rates and by controlling how much money should be printed. This controls the worth of the printed money which has been losing value because of inflation. If the Federal Reserve Board prints 700 billion dollars as proposed by the bailout, in a few months you will be paying possibly 12 dollars for a loaf of bread. They buy congressman and senators in order to pass laws beneficial to their interests. That is how the Savings and Loan scam was accomplished and how they intend to perpetuate the current scam that is in the making.

Let the naive so call "patriots" suffer for their ignorance. Most of them believe in UFOs and in Big Foot and some still believe there is gold at Fort Knox, Kentucky. Next time you hear "twilight's last gleaming", know that it is for them and not for us!
