The Social Security Beneficiary is a Ward of the State(Updated Dec. 28, 2007)

Smaller Font Larger Font RSS 2.0

The law of Wards of the State provides that he who is incapable of caring for himself (whether young or old, crippled, insane, infant feeble or otherwise incapacitated), his TOTAL ESTATE escheats to the State in liquidation of the costs of that care and ward.

All holders of Social Security Numbers/Accounts, as a matter of law, forfiet at law ownership of their total Estate.

Thus, those beneficiaries of government doles and promises are REDUCED to a MERE TRUSTEE in EQUITY over that property.

The Federal Government and Federal Reserve Corporation are the TRUE OWNERS at law of all properties in which Social Security Number and Account holders have interests. They even own your shorts!

This neat trick assures that the Federal Government and Federal Reserve CAN and DOES 'hold' all of your properties as Collateral for the 'National Debt' while making you Surety (liable as in 'signatory') for all debt created by the Corporate Federal Government, most of which is inimical to your interests.

All of this is possible because your State forwards a copy of your Birth Certificate to the U.S. Department of Commerce, creating the nexus for an 'un-revealed' Contract of Adhesion or Implied Contract, making you a 14th Amendment Federal citizen and an unwitting slave to government from cradle to grave Because of this fraud, the Birth Certificate should be unilaterally Revoked and Rescinded.

Response: The Social Security Beneficiary is a Ward of the State

Patrick and Wayne,

Regarding today's post on Fourwinds10: "The Social Security Beneficiary is a Ward of the State"

The State takes the 'given' and 'family' name of the child from the form completed by the parents to record the live birth of the child in the Vital Statistics records.

They then convert the family name, a referential name to the given name(s),to a 'sur' or 'priary' name, and the 'given name(s) into referential names to the 'surname'. This fiction name, a name then owned as intellectual property of the fictional entity called 'the State' is placed upon a credit value 'birth certificate'. The all caps spelling indicates only that the fictional entity is a pledged chattel in bankruptcy - a debtor.

Since a minor cannot be party to a contract, neither the parent 'given' names, nor the State imposed names, cannot be 'accepted'by the child, as both are contract offers.

Thus, it is a State created and owned name that is the named beneficiary of Social Security, and the SSN# is a State number on State property.

So, how do we 'real' people relate to the value of what is held in trust by the State, through it's fictional name - the birth certificate name?

This is from Canadian research, but would be the same for the USA:

The following text was used in a case by Judge Adams. J. 1992

Professor Donovan Waters in his text "Law of Trusts in Canada", 2nd ed.(Toronto: Carswell, 1984), at p. 299, has the following to say;

"Broadly speaking, a resulting trust arises whenever legal or equitable title to property is in one party's name, but that party, because he is a fiduciary or gave no value for the property, is under an obligation to return it to the original title owner, or to the person who did give value for it."

Interpretation by researcher: The text makes known two types of title, legal and equitable. The one holding legal title is the one that bears the responsibility as legal owner. Point is, any party operating under statues or corporate law, any law other than nature, is a trustee (fiduciary). Unquote

Thus, the "legal identity" name(property of the State) is legal owner of the Social Security account, shown by a SSN#, but the human who has use of the birth certificate name as his 'agent in commerce' and 'trustee in trust', is the "equitable claim holder" and "beneficiary".

It is a matter of understanding and accepting that the 'legal identity is a party separate from oneself.
