TEXAS CORRIDOR : It may be your property next?

Make no mistake about it, the Supreme Court ruling on eminent domain, permitting corporate interests etc; that is dispossessing people of their property - for golf courses, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, corporate parks, sustainable villages, shopping malls or the Super NAFTA CORRIDOR from Mexico to the Canada is more than timely. The corridor coming up through Texas –on to Kansas City, will include a 10 lane highway for vehicles, 6 rail, utility line, pipelines, and truck lanes. Why care? This is the first phase of a highway system (branches) that will affect all regions of the country. The point is, cheap goods will be landed at the port of Lazard, Mexico (Chinese goods), and bypassing American ports. Goods will be delivered throughout the nation via trucks, rail. The Texas Corridor (on up through Oklahoma) will have its major transport line in Kansas City, Missouri, at a Smart Port, owned and operated by Mexican interests.

The highway will be owned by a corporate entity from Spain (toll road). This highway (branches) will take (eminent domain) approximately one million acres in Texas alone; dissecting ranches, farms, grazing lands, and towns. While the populous has been dutifully pre-occupied with the on going sitcom of the travails of the Nicole Smith corpse, a diapered astronaut in a love triangle, or the Foggy Bottom trial of ‘shill’ Libby – folks have been demonstrating all over Texas (not on the news). It must be understood, that this highway and the planned merger of the U.S., Mexico, and Canada (North American Union) has all been done outside of Congress (per usual) and the public. Texas folks are not so easily bamboozled or intimidated as are other areas of the country. They are not going to let their land (ranches, farms, grazing lands etc) be given over to a foreign entity. (NOTE: The Trans-Texas Corridor is a New World Order project authorized by the U.S. Federal Government which usurps States rights by taking State land for Federal use. Under the U.S. Constitution the government is invested in the people. Therefore, the local residents of a Township are "We the People" and all Law begins at the Township level. Each Township in this Trans-Texas Corridor needs to pass an ordinance (Law) that prohibits their Township land from being used for this Corridor, or for any Federal use whatsoever. The Law is recorded in the County Court House as a means of public notice, and the County Sheriff must both honor this Law and enforce it.
