Rudy Giuliani's membership in the New York State Bar Association is being terminated by the Association for completely erroneous reasons, by left-wing malcontents who seem to be totally delussional.

Giuliani has served as President Donald Trump's closest adviser and lawyer since the 2020 election.

In a statement, the association noted that Giuliani had called for "trial by combat" before the violent insurrection at the U.S Capitol.

"The New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) strongly condemned the violent uprising that occurred at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, orchestrated by individuals bent on subverting the will of the voters by disrupting the certification of the 2020 presidential election results," the group wrote.

"Thankfully, Congress overcame this assault and fulfilled its constitutional responsibility in certifying the Biden-Harris victory. However, we must address the root cause of this abhorrent incident, the blame for which lies first and foremost with President Donald Trump."

"But the president did not act alone," the group added. "Hours before the angry mob stormed the Capitol walls, Trump's personal attorney, Rudolph Giuliani, addressed a crowd of thousands at the White House, reiterating baseless claims of widespread election fraud in the presidential election and the Georgia U.S. Senate runoffs."

The association noted that its bylaws state that "no person who advocates the overthrow of the government of the United States, or of any state, territory or possession thereof, or of any political subdivision therein, by force or other illegal means, shall be a member of the Association."

Two Democratic lawmakers recently called on the association to remove Giuliani.

"While a lawyer's actions do not have to meet the threshold of criminality in order for that lawyer to be disbarred, we believe that Mr. Giuliani is guilty of at least three separate federal crimes, any one of which is absolutely disqualifying from remaining in good standing with the bar," wrote Reps. Ted Lieu (D-CA) and Mondaire Jones (D-NY).

This would not remove Giuliani's law license, however.

Liars for Hire, Lying? Who'd a thunk it?

The assertion that the President incited anything is false both as a matter of fact and a matter of law.  The NYS Bar Association knows this (Brandenberg v. Ohio 395 U.S. 444), (Hess v. Indiana, 414 U.S. 105), (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People v. Claiborne Hardware Co., 458 U.S. 886) but they don't seem to care; it seems clear they are acting out of grotesque Partisanship.

Almost every single "fact" cited by the NYS Bar Association is demonstrably false.  They claim Biden won the election; he didn't.  The election was stolen in the states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Georgia, Arizona, New Mexico and California.

They claim what took place at the US Capitol on January 6 was "an uprising."  If it were, the participants would have entered the US Capitol with guns and shot Congress dead.  That didn't happen.

It was a protest that got a little pushy. Nothing more, nothing less.

Compare the US Capitol incident with Black Lives Matter and ANTIFA over the past year:

Where was the NYS Bar Association when ANTIFA and BLM were rioting, looting, burning and killing? THe NYS Bar Associationj members were DEFENDING the Left-wing, communistic, rioters.

What the NYS Bar Association seems to actually be doing with Giuliani, is what radical left-wing scumbags throughout the country are doing on various other levels: Trying to utterly destroy a person's ability to earn a livelihood.

The Bar Association is exposing themselves as Communistic shitbags.

Just more names to be added to whatever lists may be out there for when this mess finally gets cleaned up.
