The civil rights act of 1964 prohibits many forms of discrimination but does this cover anyone's sexuality? This is the question that the Supreme Court is looking to answer. This case will look into the specific language of the Civil Rights Act and the precedent set in other cases to see if the 1964 bill applies to those who have a different sexuality.

This case will have an impact on the Trump administration's decision to Barr transgender individuals from serving in the US Military.

This case involves the DACA program, a program that allowed the children of illegal immigrants to become US citizens, a program the Trump administration is looking to end. The debate about the President’s action revolves around if the President ended the program properly, not whether or not he has the authority to do so.

A case about new abortion law in Louisiana might impact future attempts to bring down Roe v. Wade. The new law in Louisiana requires that the abortionist has to admit privileges to local hospitals, a law in Texas that was similar to this was struck down in the past. This case may impact any future abortion legislation the President and his allies get through.

The issue of Non-Unanimous Juries is going to the Supreme Court. Very few states have made it so you can get criminal convection with a majority of jurors as opposed to the typical unanimous juries that are required. The court will determine if unanimous juries are required to get a criminal conviction. The outcome of this case will have virtually no impact on the Trump administration.
