After Schiff Tries To Subpoena Giuliani – Rudy Sends House Democrats Scrambling With Individual Lawsuits

Rudy’s not playing games anymore – he’s got Nancy, Adam, and Jerry sweating!
Adam Schiff and the impeachment Dem’s went one step too far this week—and now they’re going to pay.
They just tried to go after President Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani by subpoenaing his records.
It’s pretty clear the Left is on a fishing expediction to find Trump dirt. Their “inquiry” gives them the leeway to run an investigation in search of wrongdoing.
Schiff wants to get something juicy from Giuliani, Trump’s personal lawyer. If he refuses to comply, Schiff said he would hit him with an obstruction charge and add that to his reasons to impeach Trump.
Apparently Schiff went too far, so tough-as-nails Rudy is fighting back. And it looks like he’s got the law on his side.

President Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani said Tuesday he’s considering individual lawsuits against House Democrats for allegedly violating the constitutional and civil rights of the president and members of his administration amid new congressional inquiries and subpoenas resulting from a whistleblower’s complaint…
“This is worse than McCarthy… This is an illicit, rogue impeachment proceeding.”
Woah. This is big. Rudy is fighting back, saying he’s considering lawsuits against every House Democrat for violating the constitutional and civil rights of Trump and his staff.
That probably includes Nancy Pelosi, Jerry Nadler, Adam Schiff, and many others.
This has been a long time coming. Giuliani said he consulted with constitutional and civil rights lawyers and they all urged him to do it.
The Left has been trying to push around Trump and his allies for years. They think they can get Trump’s men and women to turn on him, just like Michael Cohen did.
They really think there is this treasure chest of impeachable offenses they are all hiding for Trump. (I guess they think he’s as bad as they are!)
Democrats in the House have demanded Trump’s people hand over private documents and communications or else face punishment.
But there’s been no actual charges or any indication Trump has broken the law.
If you ask me, this is mafia tactics, not Trump’s friendly phone call.
It’s much like what McCarthy used in the 1950s. In fact, Rudy says this is much worse.
Today, Democrats are running investigations before they have any evidence to run on. Just because they want so desperately to take down Trump before he can win re-election.
Finally, Rudy is about to strike back. Democrats, if they were smart, would drop this impeachment thing.
