Fox News Anchor Sues Facebook, X Rated Sites After Racy Photo Of Her Used In Ads

A Fox News Philadelphia reporter is suing after her image was used for sexual advertisements on various websites.

Karen Hepp,, the host of “Good Day Philadelphia,” is suing Facebook, Reddit , XNXX, Imgur, Giphy and 10 other sites for using the ad.

Hepp said in the suit that her photo was taken by a surveillance camera and a New York City convenience store.

Subsequently that photo, in which Hepp’s bra is seen, was used to advertise products such as a single’s website and an erectile dysfunction product, Philly Voice reported.

On the photo-sharing site Imgur, Hepp’s photo allegedly was posted under the heading “milf,” while on Reddit it appeared in the subreddit r/obsf, an abbreviation for “older but still f***able,” according to the lawsuit.

Other named defendants — 10 were not named in the lawsuit — include Giphy and Czech Republic-based WCGZ, S.

R.O., which owns the porn website XNXX.com.

The lawsuit claims the defendants’ “sexualization” of Hepp’s image was used for “prurient and illicit purposes” that have caused “serious, permanent and irreparable harm” to her reputation.

In light of Hepp’s high-profile profession, the suit further argues that the photo has “intrinsic commercial value” and that the defendants knew the photo was of Hepp and no one else.
