(NationalSentinel) Though our founders never believed the Judicial Branch would be as powerful as the Legislative and Executive Branches of government, in the modern era everything gets litigated no matter what laws Congress passes or what authorities the president tries to use.

As such, getting constitutionalists on the federal bench has become paramount for President Donald Trump, and he just nominated a slew of new candidates — including another for the notoriously Left-wing Ninth Circuit.

According to the White House, here is the current list of nominees:

Danielle J. Hunsaker of Oregon, to serve as Circuit Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit

William J. Nardini of Connecticut, to serve as Circuit Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit

Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha of California, to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the Central District of California

Adam L. Braverman of California, to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of California

Silvia Carreno-Coll of Puerto Rico, to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico

John M. Gallagher of Pennsylvania, to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania

Barbara Bailey Jongbloed of Connecticut, to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut

Sandy Nunes Leal of California, to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the Central District of California

Shireen Matthews of California, to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of California

Rick Richmond of California, to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the Central District of California

Daniel Mack Traynor of North Dakota, to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota

Cory T. Wilson of Mississippi, to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi

Grant C. Jaquith of New York, to serve as Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims

Scott J. Laurer of Virginia, to serve as Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, who has done away with the 60-vote threshold to confirm Supreme Court nominees after Democrats, in 2013, ditched it for federal court nominees so Obama could pack the federal bench with Marxist ideologues, has vowed to get as many judges confirmed for the president as possible.

As for the Ninth Circuit, Trump is on pace to transform it into a bastion of constitutionality as we reportedin May:

For decades the U.S Ninth Circuit Court, which embodies Arizona, Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Montana, Idaho, Guam, and Hawaii, has been populated with Left-wing judicial activists who rule not in accordance with existing law or the Constitution but in alliance with their liberal principles.

In the process, the Ninth Circuit has become one of the most overturned of all federal judiciaries by the U.S. Supreme Court.

But thanks to POTUS Donald Trump and his dedication to appointing constitutionalists to the federal judiciary, things are about to change for the Ninth Circuit, much to the chagrin of the Marxist Democrats who run the states encompassed by it.

With the confirmation of  Kenneth Kiyul Lee to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday, the president is one step closer to bringing sanity back to the court by 2020.

According to National Review’s Ed Whelan, Lee will fill a seat held for decades by “arch-activist Stephen Reinhardt.” Furthermore, there’s nothing but good news for constitutionalists on the horizon, Whelan added:

Up soon for a floor vote—next week, I hope—should be Ninth Circuit nominee Daniel P. Collins. [Update (3 p.m.): Cloture has been filed on the Collins nomination, so it should be voted on next week.] Collins would fill the seat long held by Harry Pregerson, the Ninth Circuit judge with the strongest claim to rival Reinhardt in lawless willfulness.

The appointments of Lee and Collins would give the Ninth Circuit 11 Republican appointees versus 16 Democratic appointees, with two remaining vacancies. At the start of the Trump administration, the Ninth Circuit had 19 Democratic appointees, only 6 Republican appointees, and four vacancies.

Senate will vote next week on nomination of Daniel Collins to CA9. Senate Judiciary Committee will hold hearing next Wednesday on nomination of Daniel Bress to CA9. Both are former Scalia clerks, both outstanding
