The Supreme Court was one of the deciding issues in the midterm elections.

Republicans stopped the blue wave because the GOP base wants the Senate to confirm Donald Trump’s judicial nominees.

Now one Supreme Court justice just announced a health issue that could change America forever.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg Injures Her Ribs

Liberal Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg broke three ribs when she fell at her office.

The Supreme Court Public Information Office put out a statement updating the condition of the 85-year-old Ginsberg.

“Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg fell in her office at the Court last evening,” the Supreme Court public information office announced. “She went home, but after experiencing discomfort overnight, went to George Washington University Hospital early this morning. Tests showed that she fractured three ribs on her left side and she was admitted for observation and treatment. Updates will be provided as they become available.”

Ginsberg is a hero of the left for her radical pro-abortion views.

She is also the oldest judge on the bench.

Liberals immediately launched into a panic about her health.

Actress Alyssa Milano tweeted:

Ruth Bader Ginsburg can have my ribs. And my kidneys and a lung. And anything else she needs. She can even have my husband on Thursdays.

Democrats are still reeling from the Judge Kavanaugh defeat.

His confirmation cemented a 5 to 4 conservative majority.

But if another seat opens up, Donald Trump could put a Supreme Court majority out of the Democrats hands for the next 30 to 50 years.

The Election Maintains A Republican Majority

Tuesday’s election cemented the Republican Senate majority.

They flipped at least three Democrat-held seats.

That means Donald Trump can not only continue to see his judicial nominees confirmed, he can nominate even more conservative judges.

In the last Congress, Republicans held a slip 51-49 majority.

Pro-abortion Senators Susan Collis and Lisa Murkowski could have blocked any nominee they deemed too far to the right.

In the next session, Republicans will hold at least a 52-48 majority.

Republicans can afford to lose Collins and Murkowski’s vote and still confirm any nominee because Vice President Mike Pence can break the tie.

Democrats know this and they are sweating out the next two years.

The two oldest members of the court are liberals.

Trump said during the campaign that he could replace as many as four Supreme Court justices.

If he wins re-election in 2020, that could very well become a reality.

How Democrats Will React

Celebrity lawyer Michael Avenatti – who is running for President – proclaimed that the centerpiece of his campaign will be expanding the Supreme Court.

Expect every Democrat to adopt this position.

If Trump replaces one of the liberal Justices with a conservative Justice, Democrats won’t want to win a majority back through the legitimate process.

That will take decades.

Instead, they will push for shortcuts.

So the next time the Democrats run all three branches of government, Americans can expect them to try and pass legislation to give themselves a majority in the Supreme Court.

We will keep you up to date on any new developments in this ongoing story.
