Dear Friend,
As you may have heard, my family has filed a Wrongful Death lawsuit against several individuals and government entities and agencies. It is important that we hold accountable those individuals who have violated their public trust.
We have already learned that a member of the elite FBI Hostage Rescue Team apparently requested that the Oregon State Police turn-off their body cameras before stopping LaVoy two years ago on that snow covered road in Oregon. We expect more truth to come out as more light and transparency is brought down upon those who would rather operate in darkness.

by exercising his 1st and 2nd amendments rights
to petition the Government for a redress of grievances
in Burns, Oregon,
January of 2016,
I am now stepping forward to publicly ask:
WHO ARE WE AS AMERICANS?
Who are we as HUMAN BEINGS?
Do we now believe that mere WORDS
justify the use of DEADLY FORCE?
Do we believe that PEACEFUL ACTIONS
justify the use of DEADLY FORCE?
Do we believe that TWO HANDS UP in SURRENDER
justifies the use of DEADLY FORCE?
And do we believe that following the rule of law
the United States Constitution
warrants the use of DEADLY FORCE?
If we do,
then WHERE IS LIBERTY?
