"Didn't you notice the change in behavior of the DA and Judge when he threatened to file against every judge? they got real quiet. and call him "jail-house lawyer" or whatever else...it's been my experience that some "jail-house lawyers" are waay more experienced that some "squeeked past the state bar with some help from luck and multiple choice" kid...oh, excuse me...sigh "lawyer" who's never worked an honest day in his life...so yeah "JAIL HOUSE LAWYER!" <- everybody this is your go-to guy! ...all of a sudden the DA got really co-operative...kissing ass and then 1st chance he got he bailed...gone!
... the Judge sat there and sulked...until she let getting her ASS WHUPPED get to her and reverted to her former grade school brat and raised her voice over a request for a document to be returned. That's what she was reduced to winning that battle...oooohhh okay you won that one DA/Judge 1 defendant/council 58 Stupid proceedural crap! thats the way the system makes it so you can't defend yourself."
"When the courts are taking actions that are violations of the legal proceedings and laws that are in place, you can actually call out the courts on it and take them to a federal level and have every one of them disbarred and thrown in prison with heavy fines. "I saw this video a year or 2 ago and started studying law. I was amazed at his ability and wondered how many years it would take for a private person to get to this level of understanding law to walk in and own a courtroom in the manner that he did. Well after 9 months of intensive study I went in for a red light camera ticket and nearly put the cop and camera rep. in prison. I was laughing my ass off in court busting their balls so bad saying there gonna love you guys in prison. I had them on felony intimidation of a witness in a court of law, extortion, deprivation of rights under color of law, conspiracy to deprive rights title 18- 241 and 242, interstate commerce violations, mail fraud, and the list goes on. Learn this stuff people I highly recommend it. P.S. I got pulled over by a bitchy female cop last week for 12 over the limit she was yelling GET OUT OF THE ROADWAY, so I had to pull onto a side street ,I said oh boy I'm gonna get a ticket now, 12 over no seatbelt on and address on my license was old. she came back with a warning was kissing my ass calling me sir constantly, asked if needed any help from her finding my next address never said anything about the seatbelt and was as nice as could be. LOL !"

A lot of the time people are arrested and just go with it pay the fine and do the time not realizing that you can fight.. a Public defender and in most cases a lawyer (if you have limited funds) will not defend you to the fullest.. you are just a work load to them. "He basically was being charged with something and ran fast to file some type of non criminal lawsuit against every state judge, the district attorney, etc. He then has someone run fast to give the DA the serve papers. Then he basically said "hey you guys showed up today! that's a conflict of interest as I have this lawsuit against you. Arrest the DA for attempting to have me potentially jailed as what he is doing is a conflict of interest and he will punish me simply for my lawsuit!" So if there is no merit to his lawsuit (there likely isn't as he took every judges name down for the lawsuit and not just the ones prosecuting) his lawsuit will be thrown out and he will be back to square one. Essentially it is a dumb stalling technique. In this day and age it's one of the dumb suggestions people would give to "beating the system""

"So I have little to no legal knowledge, but I'm going to try and guess what happened, please correct me. So our 90's hair lawyer is representing himself in a criminal court case (know idea what the case is about). he then proceeds to sue the district attorney and every signal judge in the district. This creates a conflict of interest for all the judges as well as the DA, so the judge wouldn't be able to preside over the case. which means that the cases would need to go to a higher court, where it would most likely be turned down due to how unimportant it is. I'm not sure what he sued everyone for or whether the judge or DA actually did anything wrong. If they didn't then this was all a tactic that seems really clever but doesn't seem like it would work. I guess that guy will find out on friday at 1:30 pm."

"His name is Michael Tater Alexander, he's been causing mischief in Fresno county for the last 20 years with lawsuit after lawsuit after lawsuit. He sued the county over giving him a parking ticket, and a hospital for not treating him sooner. He clearly knows his stuff so he acts on his own behalf, but from what I've seen many of his suits are dismissed due to either being too frivolous or unsubstantiated."
