On the 20 February 2012 the deputy Sheriff arrived at another Irish family's home to repossess it and give the keys to the bank in Co Laois. Thus putting another Irish family onto the streets.

This is a very important youtube presentation. Watch and take mental notes. They almost have the answer to undermine the Sheriff but not quite. In Irish law and Australian law through the laws of England are the Public Offices Act 1551 and the Sale OF Offices Act 1809 which stop any Public Office from being sold for profit.

There is some lively comments happening on the YouTube video web page for this issue. It appears the Irish people are quickly waking up to the mortgage scam and fraud of their banks. One comment in particular caught my attention below.

"The one point that Ben Gilroy mentioned had some validity, but which he didn't understand was the bit about the Registrar signing his own orders. The County Registrar has quasi judicial powers, which were once thought to include the power to make a repossession order. That power was successfully challenged in the Courts and now only a judge can make for repossession. But the judge? doesn't execute the Order - the Sherriff does.
In 24 counties the Sherriff is the registrar of the court and separation of powers is inapplicable in that circumstance because the Sherriff is not executing the registrar's order - s/he is executing the Judge's Order. Ben Gilroy? didn't even look at the documentation that was presented at the gate and if he had he would have seen what the case was."
