Osvaldo Alrete-Davila, the drug smuggler whose testimony put two decorated border agents in prison has been arrested for a second marijuana load, and has lawmakers screaming for the immediate release of Ramos and Compean!
In fact, at least two Congressmen are calling for a probe of in the U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton--who suppressed key evidence in the case, gave this life-long smuggler medical attention and immunity to bring more poison into the U.S.
Even though the appeal for Ramos and Compean is less than
two weeks away, Grassfire is joining key lawmakers who are

This development is so compelling we are also calling for a full investigation into Johnny Sutton's behavior, and how he went to outrageous lengths to protect the civil rights of an illegal
alien drug smuggler while turning a deaf ear and blind eye to the truth about this case and the two innocent men who are now serving decade long prison terms in solitary confinement.

I think Congressman Ted Poe (R-TX) said it best about this case. "Sutton chose the wrong side of the border war. Now Ramos and Compean are in jail based on what we know is the testimony of a professional drug smuggler."
