January 23, 2014 -- (TRN http://www.TurnerRadioNetwork.com ) -- The Transportation Security Administration (TSA)  has threatened to "red flag" an American Citizen if he tries to travel by air to retaliate against that man for uploading a Parody video to YOUTUBE which pokes fun at the TSA.  This effort at intimidation came via telephone call which the man recorded.  TRN has the recording and now so do you!  Give a listen to how your government public servants attempted to intimidate a fellow citizen for exercising his freedom of speech.

Mr. Kelly Blackwood runs a Youtube channel called OffTheHookTelevision.  Among the items on that channel is a Parody video (shown below) poking fun at the TSA.

Blackwood claims  "I received a call from a man named John on January 19 claiming to be from the TSA and [he] had some questions for me. I asked him to call me back next day, [because] I couldn't hear him well. He agreed and within an hour or two I download an app so I can record phone calls."

The next day, January 20th,  around 5:42 PM, the TSA agent called back and Blackwood was able to record the whole thing. Acting as if anyone was required to explain themselves to this public servant, the TSA Agent demanded to know "What was the purpose of that video, what was it for?"

After Blackwood responded, the TSA Agent pressed farther, saying "Why would you do such a video comparing our hard workers to Nazis and Adolf Hitler? Our workers are being portrayed as criminals when they're here to protect us from terrorists."

Again, Blackwood responded, with a wry wit that clearly got under the skin of the TSA Agent who went on to say "Our workers have seen your video and found it very offensive, and our workers have families with children, sir. How would you feel if one of their kids came across your video; people that look like their parents groping people."

When Blackwood pointed out that the TSA actually does grope people, the TSA Agent got nasty: "We'd like to request you take this video down immediately and if you're not willing to comply, we're will pursue getting your video removed from Youtube by all legal means and take you to court for defamation of character."

Apparently, the TSA doesn't like the fact that anything they do in public can be recorded and Americans are completely free to poke fun at government employees in whatever fashion we choose.  When Blackwood refused to do what the Agent demanded, the Agent  made an extraordinary threat: "We're prepared to take action if you don't comply.  If you don't comply, they're going to take some serious action. You can consider your name flagged when traveling the airways."

Mr. Blackwood replied "Kiss my ass."  We couldn't agree more.

Below is the original Parody video about which the TSA complained. Beneath that is the recording of the telephone conversation between Blackwood and the TSA Agent where the threat was made.
