Jesse Ventura's lawsuit against the TSA addressed a direct and profound violation of the Fourth Amendment which protects us against unlawful searches and seizures.
A federal judge has dismissed Ventura's case, denying him his day in court and leaving him, and the rest of us I might add, no means of contesting the illegal actions of the government goons in our airports.
Quite simply, the Constitution does not apply...
