st the alleged Vice-President Cheney and the alleged President Bush-fraud," said Heneghan to open the show "News has broken in the last couple of days (by) CNN, that Scooter Libby's defense team had made an interrogatory, a motion of discovery, to get impeachment material that they thought would be important to their defense. The response to Mr. Libby's attorneys by Patrick Fitzgerald was the following statement," said Heneghan then quoting the letter from Fitzgerald "'We are not obligated at this time to disclose impeachment material to Mr. Libby, should he testify in his defense. We are aware of no evidence pertinent to the charges against defendant Libby which has been destroyed. However, in an abundance of caution, we advise you that we have learned that not all emails of the offices of Vice-President and the executive office of the President for certain time periods in 20! 03 were preserved through the normal archiving service of the White House computer system,'" quoted Heneghan of the letter which will be posted to their web site ( http://www.stewwebb.com) soon.

"So, what we have been discussing for months, is that we have sealed indictments for obstruction of justice against Mr. Cheney and Mr. Bush," Heneghan revealed. Heneghan clarified that the term "impeachment material" in this instance, is not referring to the removal of Bush from office at this time, but rather it is being used as a legal term which means "breaking down the reliability of the witnesses against you" as it pertains only to the Libby defense. Heneghan was the first investigator to reveal sealed indictments beyond those that were eventually announced for Libby on October 28, 2005 by Special Prosecutor Fitzgerald.

He and Webb have continued to maintain that there are numerous other indictments yet to be announced, as many as 23 that name virtually every member of the Bush cabinet, among others. 'The reason these indictments are sealed is because the investigation continues and what Mr. Fitzgerald is looking into is, not only obstruction of justice and perjury, (but) he is looking at a criminal conspiracy. And in order to prove a criminal conspiracy you have to bring all of the players into proper position at the same time. And if he was to release obstruction of justice charges against Mr. Cheney and Mr. Bush, the lower le! vel players, or even the middle level players, or even the Pentagon players, who were involved in this criminal conspiracy, would be in a position to walk," Heneghan explained. "Who are these other players (that are) more important than Mr. Cheney and Mr. Bush," Heneghan asked hypothetically?

"He (Bush) is just doing what 'they' are telling him to do. And who are 'they'?" "The Knights Templar, Aramco (the American-Arabian Oil Company), the George Herbert Walker Bush's, the Henry Kissinger's, the Lawrence Rockefeller's, the David Rockefeller's," Webb said in response to Heneghan's question. "Everybody remember the speech two or three nights ago that Occupunk (Bush) saying there was going to be a change of course in energy policies? There is no course going to be changed. They got you all fooled. They are the ones that have got the stranglehold over the world, it isn't some Arab riding a camel with a cell phone," added Webb.

Heneghan and Webb went on to discuss how these missing emails are crucial for tying a lot of these crimes by the Bush administration together. Numerous grand juries have been convened in order to investigate these crimes along with the Fitzgerald grand jury, with the most prominent being the Franklin grand jury. "So what we have here is a connection between the two grand juries, the Franklin grand jury and the Fitzgerald grand jury and the fact of the matter is that these missing emails can connect the dots on a lot of things we are looking at including WMD-Gate, Iraq-gate, 9/11-gate and Spy-Gate," surmised Heneghan. "When we talked about sealed indictments, we are talking about information that comes from the highest sources of the current investigations of both grand juries," he continued. "One aimed at the outing of Valerie Plame, which is the Fitzgerald grand jury. The other which is the Franklin grand jury, which is dealing with the results of that treason and how it has affected the Constitutional rights and independent sovereignty of this nation itself," Heneghan disclosed.

"You are talking about the indictment of Paul Wolfowitz, of Michael Lehman, of Richard Perle, you are talking about the indictment of Cheney and Bush themselves, which are sealed right now because they are protecting the investigation of the other grand jury. We are dealing with a treason and espionage case here which deals with the complicity and destruction of the united States Constitution by, and willingly done by, the alleged President and Vice-President themselves," added Heneghan. "These two punks are out of control. The American people need to put them in check," warned Webb. "Remember who controls the world; the Council of 13, the Iluminati, the Knights Templars, the Oriental Templars, the American Templars, the European Templars, the Queen of England, Aswar Ben Sheri. His egotistical psychopath father of his (George Herbert Walker Bush) wants so bad to rule the world, that he wants everybody to remember the name." Heneghan and Webb also cited the appearance of former President Jimmy Carter on "Larry King Live" earlier this week where he discussed the 2000 Presidential election in which Bush, Jr. emerged as the winner in firestorm of controversy.

Carter has been instrumental in acting as monitor for national elections in countries throughout the world over the last ten years. "He (Carter) said that Albert Gore won the 2000 year Presidential election, without any doubt, and I am quoting President Carter, 'the evidence is clear cut that he won the election,'" said Heneghan. "Katherine Harris along with Jeb Bush used a group called Choice Point Software, a company funded out of Saudi Arabia," Heneghan elaborated. "It was a technology company tied to the Israelis and other type of Mafioso's, that was placed in Florida a year before the election, so that African American voters generally, that were classified as misdemeanor traffic offenders, were suddenly classified as convicted felons. It took those people up to one month to re-register and get the correction c! hanged by that time, of course, the election was over," he stated.

Heneghan and Webb also detailed other 2000 election discrepancies that occurred in the state of Florida where Bush was declared the winner by a mere 300 votes. -up to 50,000 votes that were stolen with the Choice Point software were done so BEFORE the polls even opened on Election Day -20,000 voters in Palm Beach, FL were forced to vote the wrong way because Pat Buchanan's name was placed on the ballots where Al Gore's name should have been -sanitation engineers in the city of Miami were observed by undercover agents, discarding numerous ballots into city dumpsters on orders from Jeb Bush

Finally, Heneghan and Webb also discussed at length the National Security Administration's (NSA) spying operation on the American people that has come to be known as "Spy-Gate." Heneghan reported that the NSA had been penetrated and compromised by foreign espionage elements that were responsible for the operation of 9/11 and had even begun investigating itself, in addition to the American population. "All the NSA was doing, given the events of 9/11, was a national, if not world-wide sweep called damage control, in order to identify or to understand any leaks or weak aspects of the black-op they had just conspired to pull off themselves," Heneghan said.

"Our reports are that Cheney is the one that ordered the wire-tapping through the NSA, that he was aware what was going on while 'dim wit' (Bush, Jr.) was laying around reading goat books. But it is clear now, that the NSA wire-tapping was ordered as a clean-up operation because the NSA was concerned that information was leaking out, in fact, the day of 9/11 itself, which would have fingered the criminal conspirators inside the U.S. government at point Washington, DC., etc. Including Daddy Bush, including Bill and Bitch (Hillary Clinton), including the whole box of filth; Rudy Giuliani, the whole gold heist surrounding 9/11, the financial and political limitations of this criminal conspiracy," said Heneghan. "All it takes is control of the U.S. media to put out the big lie," Heneghan concluded.
