Family, Newborn Rights Preserved In Silverton, OR Birthing Center
Excercising your rights is taking back your authority from outlaw public servants enforcing compellled services conracts through agencies and hospitals.
The band referred to on the babys ankle is the new technology in most hospitals now, that locks down the hospital doors like a prison security system. This is another anti-parent tool they have set in place, and if the state assesses you and your baby and says you cannot take your baby home, the band will set off an alarm that will go off if you try to leave with your baby.
The state and hospitals say this is to "protect families" from babies being stolen which almost never happens.... no - this is another part of the Oregon Childrens Plan, now the assessment tool being used to steal children from their parents at birth. In Oregon it has been reported more than 60% of families are termed "at risk" - not only of poverty and abuse but of state intervention and destruction. The babies bring the biggest funding stream and adoption is the biggest racket going for the "child savers" who are stealing these children without charging anyone with a crime, based on state assessements and opinions of agencies who profit from the removal of the child. Even zoos do not intervene in the natural and sacred bond of mothers and children, yet these humans are "unbonded" at birth, then later forced in to myriad abuses to "bond" them with often pervert adoptive "resources".
This is the systemic agenda at this time. Not only this family's paperwork but their agressive insistence on THEIR compliance was what worked in this case. They were firm and did not waiver in their standing.
The more people that preserve and excercise their rights in personal contracts with courts and with service providers the sooner we get back to a system where the PEOPLE's rights are protected, NOT in the 'corporate interest'.
We are the Sovereigns in a Republic. We set the terms of our personal and private contracts between two humans who are accountable to that contract. The constitution states there shall be no abrogation of contracts. Period. The state SHALL not intervene/abrogate your personal contracts.

From: Road Wonderer Hello everybody the following message/story is my experience with the state port of entry for the State of Oregon (Hospital birthing center). As some of you may be aware I have been developing paperwork from the information that I gleaned from other freedom loving people, and I am about to tell you a story about its culmination, or maybe it is its beginning. Perception is in the eyes of the beholder. Please feel free to inform me of my possible mistakes concerning the following narrative events. I have sent out copies of the things that I planned to use while at the hospital, to anybody that would read them, and offer opinions as to what sort of problems I would run into, and where the documents could be improved. That information was integrated with documents that the hospital would be using upon our (wife & myself) entry into the birthing center. Any individuals wanting the information via e-mail just drop me a line, and I will try to expedite the dispersal of information. First about 7 months ago I went to the birthing center and asked for all the paperwork that would be necessary to retain care in their facility, it actually took me multiple trips to finally get all the information that I thought might be necessary. Secondly I made an appointment with the warden (floor supervisor) to discuss my concerns and what I was planning on doing when my wife went into labor. After a number of phone calls, and personal visits, we came to the decision together that I was legally correct in all that I proposed in regards to my family. The warden attached a letter to my wife's file stating what we had discussed so there would not be any confusion during the stressful period of time known as labor. Next I sharpened all my paperwork and continually sought advise from any group that advocated personal responsibility, or unalienable rights. This process went on all the way until my wife was in labor. When my wife went into labor we went to the hospital. When the nurses gave us the disclosure paperwork for my wife's signature, I informed them that 1. We have a letter in our file as to my conversations with the warden. And 2. I have paperwork that superseded all their forms. They insisted that we sign their paperwork, but their paperwork stated that all permissions could be resented at any time except for information that had already been given out. My wife signed the paperwork and a notation was made on their form that the paperwork that they had was invalid without attached paperwork. I ensured that all individuals that were involved with my wife's medical situation reviewed all paperwork that I issued them. After their review of the paperwork they signed a copy of mine that I retained, for future reference, and possible legal actions. My wife accepted an armband for herself, but when my child was breathing, I did not allow any bands to be placed on my child. When I ran into any problems I reminded the staff of the contents in my paperwork. We ran into a problem with two issues to which were addressed with the warden. The floor supervisor wrote up a statement to the fact that footprints were necessary, and the PKU test was for health reasons for my child, she also in the statement said that the PKU test would not be utilized to classify DNA and the only thing it would be used for would be to make sure that my child didn't have certain medical problems. The footprints were not to be given to any outside organization and was only for liability purposes to ensure that we took home the correct baby. My baby was foot printed, and since there was no band on my child my child never left the room unless I was with him. My child either slept with my wife or myself during the period that we were in the hospital. In the middle of the second night I went through the file and removed the copy of my child 's footprints. The next day a lady came to my wife's room to get information for the state so my child could be issued a birth certificate. I informed her that neither my wife nor myself would be filling out any paperwork for the purposes of a birth certificate. She informed me that I had that right (which surprised me) she also said that her son in law felt the same way as I did. I gave her permission to give him a copy of my paperwork from the copy that I gave her. I also gave her my phone number and e-mail address with the understanding that it would not be utilized for any other purpose than the one intended but especially not for any state organization. She agreed to this in my wife's presence. Upon check out the nurses were franticly looking for the "slick sheet" baby's footprints, to which I replied that they were not getting a second set, if they lost the first set. I also stated that I didn't want them to have the first set to start with. This whole situation was very upsetting to my wife, to which I compromised and allowed them to re-print my child, but I would retain the footprints, and they could retain a photocopy. We (the hospital and myself) were in agreement so the prints were re-taken and I retained the only original. To summarize my child was not named until we came home and no SS# was issued, nor was a birth certificate. I retained copies of all paperwork, with attached signatures. My child was not banded, and the hospital was informed of the consequences of their actions if they decided to violate any of the enumerated documents. The hospital and its staff were surprisingly pleasant during the whole affair, and I did everything in my power to retain my rights, and those rights of my family unit. I feel that I was successful in all my objectives. Thank You, your replies and critiques are welcome. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
