HAARP is the engine for gaining power of the ionosphere. Capable of raising and lowering it. Chemtrails are the conductive material it grabs onto thru the electricity of our NORAD radars. Our radars are like magnets and batteries. They can discharge, become a (-) or a (+) battery. Barium is found in magnets and also used in x-raying. They can produce highs and lows (a lot are made in Texas and the southern states. They can move air (see Billing Mt and radars in Nevada) Billing also discharges and recatches the Mist as it modulates. Also watch the radars around the parimeter to see them catch the mist. And thru this all they can control the jet stream.

They have modulated this thick mist all the way into Texas! I have studied this for a year and it almost all goes away when modulated. Normally you would see the ground. This thick stuff seems to be able to hug the ground. So what this means is that there is a very low ceiling over most of the US (from the chemtrail HAARP magnifying glass) and very low over the THICK stuff. With HAARP modulating and radars pulsing, this become a zapper. The shuman reasonance, the heart beat of earth is a normal 7.8 but it has now jumped to 11. Last year, the warmest ever recorded. 3 stories last year about large chunks of Icebergs breaking off. Did HAARP blow a hole into the Ionosphere, letting in tons of radiation? It was power to full blast after 911 and WAS used in mapping the cave OSama was trapped in! Some of you remember them spraying a figure 8 over Tora Bora. That was to create a low shield to bounce x-rays off of to map the interior. The pics are on my site.
What is going on has to do with the Ionosphere, which is the electrically charged part of our atmosphere. For quite some time our military has wanted "STAR WARS." A way in which they could shoot down missiles, control the weather to make cloud formations (as to hide from satellite) and so on.
There are three main ingredients to do this: The first being HAARP which is a field of antennas that heat up the ionosphere (or charge up). Most of these are located in Canada and Alaska.
Second is the spraying, which is done quite often. They spray Barium which is also found in magnets. Its very conductive and extremely light so it floats in the air for a long time. In order for HAARP and radars to control the weather they need something conductive to catch onto. On my web site the MIST is what you will see. It is drawn up and down in many different patterns. It pulls moister up out of the gulf, it can pull hurricanes up etc.
Third are the radars which are ran by NORAD which is ran by the military for air defense. Oh yeah and it also does weather forecast. Our radars are very much large magnets. One radar can be negatively charge and another positive. More or less we have 140 batteries around this country. Its my belief that the radar blast do three things: move air and create highs and lows. All of which I can prove. Last winter I saw tons of blast and very little in the summer. I believe this is because in summer the heat keeps the Barium afloat but in winter they need to blast the air to make pockets for the barium to stay up.
Unfortunately there may be a good quality to this in the event of a nuclear war but past that this technology is extremely deadly. I don't mean nuclear deadly I mean far worse. The is Tesla's death ray. We are sitting inside a microwave and we could be slowly fried because of these "experiments" God forbid our enemies learned about it and how to trigger it off. This has to do with the biomechanics of energy itself. We are now playing with the planets energy and if harnessed or worse backfired it could destroy billions.
The biggest epidemic right now among young kids is asthma and I do believe the chemtrails are why. I don't know if you remember but about 7 months ago 14 states had report of kids outside at school coming down with a rash. Well, I checked into those locations and almost all were right next to radars.
I didn't not believe any of this till one day I stayed outside and watched a complete blue sky be over ran by these high flying stratotankers that spewed spider webs all over the sky. By mid afternoon the blue sky was gone. Needless to say it pissed me off=)

Chemtrails
"A number of methods have been explored or proposed to modify the ionosphere, including injection of chemical vapors and heating or charging via electromagnetic radiation or particle beams (such as ions, neutral particles, x-rays, MeV particles, and energetic electrons).45 It is important to note that many techniques to modify the upper atmosphere have been successfully demonstrated experimentally. Ground-based modification techniques employed by the FSU include vertical HF heating, oblique HF heating, microwave heating, and magnetospheric modification.46 Significant military applications of such operations include low frequency (LF) communication production, HF ducted communications, and creation of an artificial ionosphere (discussed in detail below)."
Artificial Weather (nanotechnology)
"While most weather-modification efforts rely on the existence of certain preexisting conditions, it may be possible to produce some weather effects artificially, regardless of preexisting conditions. For instance, virtual weather could be created by influencing the weather information received by an end user. Their perception of parameter values or images from global or local meteorological information systems would differ from reality. This difference in perception would lead the end user to make degraded operational decisions.
Nanotechnology also offers possibilities for creating simulated weather. A cloud, or several clouds, of microscopic computer particles, all communicating with each other and with a larger control system could provide tremendous capability. Interconnected, atmospherically buoyant, and having navigation capability in three dimensions, such clouds could be designed to have a wide-range of properties. They might exclusively block optical sensors or could adjust to become impermeable to other surveillance methods. They could also provide an atmospheric electrical potential difference, which otherwise might not exist, to achieve precisely aimed and timed lightning strikes. Even if power levels achieved were insufficient to be an effective strike weapon, the potential for psychological operations in many situations could be fantastic.
One major advantage of using simulated weather to achieve a desired effect is that unlike other approaches, it makes what are otherwise the results of deliberate actions appear to be the consequences of natural weather phenomena. In addition, it is potentially relatively inexpensive to do. According to J. Storrs Hall, a scientist at Rutgers University conducting research on nanotechnology, production costs of these nanoparticles could be about the same price per pound as potatoes.52 This of course discounts research and development costs, which will be primarily borne by the private sector and be considered a sunk cost by 2025 and probably earlier. "
FOG
"Recent army research lab experiments have demonstrated the feasibility of generating fog. They used commercial equipment to generate thick fog in an area 100 meters long. Further study has shown fogs to be effective at blocking much of the UV/IR/visible spectrum, effectively masking emitters of such radiation from IR weapons.34 This technology would enable a small military unit to avoid detection in the IR spectrum. Fog could be generated to quickly, conceal the movement of tanks or infantry, or it could conceal military operations, facilities, or equipment. Such systems may also be useful in inhibiting observations of sensitive rear-area operations by electro-optical reconnaissance platforms."
Lightning
"This is important research for military operations and resource protection, but some offensive military benefit could be obtained by doing research on increasing the potential and intensity of lightning. Concepts to explore include increasing the basic efficiency of the thunderstorm, stimulating the triggering mechanism that initiates the bolt, and triggering lightning such as that which struck Apollo 12 in 1968.40 Possible mechanisms to investigate would be ways to modify the electropotential characteristics over certain targets to induce lightning strikes on the desired targets as the storm passes over their location."
Low Mirrors
"This concept has been described in detail by Paul A. Kossey, et al. in a paper entitled "Artificial Ionospheric Mirrors (AIM)."48 The authors describe how one could precisely control the location and height of the region of artificially produced ionization using crossed microwave (MW) beams, which produce atmospheric breakdown (ionization) of neutral species. The implications of such control are enormous: one would no longer be subject to the vagaries of the natural ionosphere but would instead have direct control of the propagation environment. Ideally, the AIM could be rapidly created and then would be maintained only for a brief operational period. A schematic depicting the crossed-beam approach for generation of an AIM is shown in figure 4- 1.49
An AIM could theoretically reflect radio waves with frequencies up to 2 GHz, which is nearly two orders of magnitude higher than those waves reflected by the natural ionosphere. The MW radiator power requirements for such a system are roughly an order of magnitude greater than 1992 state-of-the-art systems; however, by 2025 such a power capability is expected to be easily achievable."
