Hartford VanDyke's Life In Jeopardy
Susan McCoy
(Previous article stated John Nolan's health is failing; moving the prisoners every day is a form of "deisel therapy", many prisoners report being held in vans for many hours, chained in, no bathroom opportunities, no water - we have heard juveniles report this treatment also. Most of the policies are designed to set people over the top and destroy them bodily and mentally. Drugs often used - in the jails the "med cart" is the popular event twice a day for most of the prisoners. Some are forced, some trade street drugs for pharmaceuticals when they are in the jail, the state profits from that drug use. Oregon is completely corrupted and no one is safe from the prison, judge, attorney abusers)

(#10) Alert!! IRS Declares War on Commercial Law
PRESS RELEASE # 10 09 January 2003
Alert!!
The first question we asked Lyle Hartford Van Dyke, Jr. after his unlawful trial ended and his incarceration began on December 11th, 2002, was, "Has anyone threatened your life?" He said, "No." We asked him this question because of what happened when he was initially imprisoned by the Feds a few years ago about the Coughenhour lien. We wanted to make sure he was safe.
Since Friday, January 3rd, 2003 there has been a lot of activity moving Hartford around from one prison to another with a threat hanging overhead that the Feds were about to move him away from the West Coast and out of state.
Here is the sequence of events:
Friday, January 3rd, 2003: Hartford is moved from Inverness Multnomah County jail in Portland, Oregon to Sheridan Federal Prison in Sheridan, Oregon. This is his 5th move since the trial ended and incarceration began.
Monday, January 6th, 2003: Hartford was brought back to Multnomah County jail (where co-defendant John Nolan is still located) from Sheridan Federal Prison. This was the 6th move for Hartford since December 11th, 2002.
Wednesday, January 8th, 2003, 3:30 pm: We get a call from the Multnomah County jail, from a jailer who says Hartford is being moved again but she can't (and won't) say where he will be moved.
Thursday, January 8th, 2003, 7:00 am: We get a collect call from Hartford stating he has been shipped to Oklahoma City via Lear jet and they are taking him to Butner, North Carolina. This is the 7th move, and he now seriously states that, "His life is in jeopardy."
We have been wondering all along why the Feds keep moving Hartford and John around, especially Hartford? Now we are also wondering why they are moving Hartford to North Carolina before sentencing on March 3rd, 2003, which will take place in Portland, Oregon?
So we are asking everyone who receives this PRESS RELEASE to please notify the following list of Federally elected officials that we want them to make sure Lyle Hartford Van Dyke, Jr. is safe and sound while in the custody of the Feds. We also encourage you all to mention to the elected officials that if anything does happen to Lyle Hartford Van Dyke, Jr. that it will be on their heads (or something to that affect).
Our intention here is to let as many public officials know as soon as possible that we are watching the situation, and now that we are notifying them they better take notice and watch over the safety and security of a federal prisoner who hasn't even been sentenced yet. Hartford is a political prisoner

This PRESS RELEASE is an urgent plea for help from all of you. Please start telephoning, emailing or writing letters immediately. This is no joke. Hartford wouldn't say his life is in jeopardy unless he meant it, especially considering what they did to co-defendant John Nolan right after the Feds incarcerated him on December 11th, 2002. They took away his heart medication, whereby he had two heart attacks. Thank God he's still alive as of yesterday.
God is watching over Hartford and John, but we have to do the footwork!
