Latest News About Lynn and Paul Schmaltz - August 16, 2004
Paul's hearing is scheduled for this Thrusday, August 19; however Paul is waiting to hear from the Judge in Albuquerque, and may be released on his own recognizance to drive to Colorado to report into the jail. Lynn was on the road in a prison transport bus for 20 hours, a trip that should under normal circumstances have taken about 4 hours. This is why Paul is waiting to hear from the judge as he would be without his kidney rejection medication which would cause medical problems for him. A hearing is scheduled for Thursday, August 19 in Colorado. Bail could be arranged for them but it has been set for $750.00 each , totaling $1,500. Neither they or their children can come up with the bail money.
It is hoped that anyone with a Christian heart and interest in preserving our sovereignty and theirs to help the Smaltz's in their great hour of need. Send a donation to them for the bail money. This should be sent as soon as possible to:

The Schmaltz's, like so many others that run against the grain of the establishment's code of behavior that THEY have established for us, and unknown to most of us, retaliate and put the offenders in prison, sometimes where families cannot find them. The Smaltz's are good and faithful servants of the Lord, and should not be treated this way. If nothing else please pray for them that the Lord with his Hosts of Angels and Forces of Light, intervene in their behalf.
