Tom Heneghan appeared again on cloakanddagger.de for Wednesday, January 3, 2005 to do a follow-up report on the ever-widening "Spy-Gate" scandal that is now threatening to rock the Bush administration to its very core.

Heneghan reported back on December 30, 2005 that the Bush administration had negotiated for one year with New York Times to sit on the story that Condoleezza Rice had ordered the NSA to begin spying on Americans after 9/11. Now Bush has ordered a cover-up investigation into who leaked this information to the Times, when in fact the leak originated within the administration itself.

"It has nothing to do with a leak. There is no leak here! It is a complete creation of Gonzoles and the Gestapo-run Justice Department that Mr. Bush is in charge of," declared Heneghan. "The real question should be, why did Bush-fraud wait one year to order an investigation of the New York Times after he was already negotiating with the New York Times about whether the story or not should be printed?"

"One of the reasons that the New York Times was holding this story is because this 'Operation Orpheus' as it was called, which was to spy on the American people, had jumped aboard a program called the 'Information Sharing Policy. And in the "Information Sharing Policy" the united States shares intelligence information mainly with the Chinese, the Israelis and the British MI 6."

"An individual inside of the Pentagon, called a Dr. Zakheim was basically in charge of 'Operation Orpheus' along with Paul Wolfowitz and the rest of this gang, the WHIG (White House Iraq Group). Dr. Zakheim was actually in charge of the computer which was sharing information on the activities of American citizens with foreign governments," disclosed Heneghan. "Dr. Zakheim is an Israeli Mossad agent and a citizen of Israel. What we have here is foreign intelligence agencies, particularly the Israeli Mossad, being given information, financial, personal (and) political."

"This program was financed and cost $2.6 billion (of taxpayer's money). CNN knew about it, MSNBC knew about it, Fox News clearly knew about it," he added. "This is the reason the New York Times held the story because it was considered to be under the "Information Sharing Policy," a national security leak."

"The American people should understand that we are the enemy (in the eyes of the Bush administration)," said Heneghan. "We have an occupation government running this country that was never elected. What we have currently going on is a regime, a junta that has decided that they are going to go ahead, spy on Americans and share that information directly with foreign governments. Which are directly tied to the financial control of the united States of America and the occupational elite which try to run it."

"The New York Times is full of a bunch of neo-cons too. Informing the American people that their Constitutional rights are being shredded is a great patriotic move of the highest order. I want to give Jim Risen of the New York Times the Congressional Medal of Honor tonight," Heneghan said of the Times reporter who finally broke this story.

"The fact that Bush-fraud, this closet Nazi pervert is trying to investigate the people that have tried to save the Constitution of the united States...I make it clear, once again, that the only way to handle this character is to grab him, to arrest him, the U.S. military needs to arrest him. Those in the U.S. military that are going to side with him, they don't have the right wear the uniform of the united States of America because they are supporting a filthy, dirty, cowardly, little fascist punk," charged Heneghan.

Heneghan also commented on the plea-bargain reached with Washington lobbyist Jack Abramhoff earlier in the day of the charges of bribing, which may eventually amount to as many as 100 members of the U.S. Congress, including Democrats and Republicans.

"Abramhoff goes back to Iran-Contra that is where he got his start. He is another one of these right-wing Christian types. Abramhoff has made his way through both political parties," said Heneghan.

"You want to connect the dots here, we can do it: it's (the New York law firm) Greenberg Traurig (LLP), it's Mohammed Atta, the 9/11 bucket shop, the Florida casinos, the fact that Mohammed Atta and three other of these alleged hijackers were actually gambling at these casinos, two days before 9/11, and some were seen four days after 9/11.

These casinos were being run by Abramhoff down in Florida that had links to (drug king-pin) Carlos Leder, to (father of Hillary Rodham Clinton) Hugh Rodham, (former Bush I cabinet member) Jim Baker, the whole Bush/Clinton crime syndicate which were directly involved in the coup d'état against the American people which was the overthrow of the 2000 Presidential election. Other things being looked at by the Justice Department team include payments, bribery and basically, shut-up money being paid to various Congressmen that knew too much about what exactly happened in Florida elections," detailed Heneghan.

"What we have here is a massive scandal involving corruption and criminality never seen before in the history of the united States," said Heneghan incredulously. "Or in the history of the world," added Bloom. "It's a shame and tragedy that we have gotten to this point," Heneghan commented.

"When we make these reports, we do so only to warn the American people of their occupation status. I do so because I am relentless in following the facts and examining the connection over the years to this Clinton/Bush syndicate and it is not that hard to connect the dots because you see the same filth showing up over and over again. It's called 'follow the money.' They make it easy on us. They continue to commit the same crimes, over and over again, to perpetuate their existence as a plutocracy," Heneghan confided.
