LOS ANGELES—October 16, 2006—TomFlocco.com—Following reports of an FBI and Department of Justice (DOJ) Public Integrity Section probe of House Armed Services Committee Vice Chairman Curt Weldon (R-7-PA), federal agents who spoke with U.S. intelligence authority Thomas Heneghan said “there is evidence of money laundering via secret accounts linked to companies such as Solutions North America which in turn are connected to Bosnia, Serbia and oil accounts in Moscow—all linked to the Gary Best and Bush-Clinton crime syndicate.”

In interviews this weekend Heneghan told TomFlocco.com that intelligence sources told him, “companies who engaged in business with Solutions North America involve a tie-in to Saudi Arabia and funding for the 9/11 attacks via the American Turkish Council.”

According to former FBI translator Sibel Edmonds, explosive evidence linking the American Turkish Council to money laundering and secret congressional campaign accounts was covered up by a federal district court and a three judge appeals court panel which issued a federal gag order to silence the 9 11 federal whistleblower who we interviewed on four separate occasions for TomFlocco.com stories.

On Saturday The Associated Press (AP) independently confirmed the original story regarding the FBI probe of congressional sale of influence allegedly involving Weldon by McClatchy Newspapers, but AP broke new ground by adding that the inquiry is being handled by agents from Washington and Philadelphia FBI field offices coordinated by the Public Integrity Section; however, neither agency will confirm or deny the probe.

Sibel Edmonds at home

The FBI has reportedly been investigating Weldon for a number of months regarding allegations of political sale of influence in return for lucrative federal contracts for his daughter Karen and long-time Delaware County political ally Charles P. Sexton who created their Solutions North America firm in 2002 after registering with the Justice Department as representatives of foreign clients.

Sibel Edmonds specially mentioned the American Turkish Council when we asked the FBI contract linguist if she would deny that laundered drug money linked to the 9/11 attacks found its way into recent House, Senate and Presidential campaign war-chests according to what she heard in intelligence intercepts she was required to translate: “There is direct evidence involving no more than ten American names that I recognized. Some are heads of government agencies or politicians—but I don’t want to go any further than that.”

In an exclusive interview in April, 2005, Edmonds said, “Tom, I’m telling you that not a single newspaper covered what happened to me on Thursday when I went into court…[Judge David] Ginsberg kicked everyone out, cut off my lawyer’s arguments and told us ‘we have questions to ask the government’s attorneys that you cannot hear.’ “

“Nobody is looking at the Department of Defense aspect of the whole 9-11 cover-up. The FBI is citing two reasons for my gag order: to protect ‘sensitive’ diplomatic relations and to protect foreign U.S. business relationships,” the FBI translator said, explaining from a position of having seen and heard evidence of congressional money laundering, “The State Department is the main reason for the cover-up…Pakistan, Turkey…espionage in the State Department…preventing an investigation.”

When asked in 2002 by CBS 60 Minutes co-host Ed Bradley, “Did she [Sibel Edmonds] seem credible to you? Did her story seem credible?” Senator Charles Grassley (R-IA) said, “Absolutely, she’s credible. And the reason I feel she’s credible is because people within the FBI have corroborated a lot of her story.”

FBI intelligence intercepts and money laundering?

While AP and McClatchy News are reporting an FBI probe regarding allegations of Weldon’s sale of political influence in return for lucrative contracts for a family member and a political friend, it is not known whether Edmonds’ translated intelligence intercepts revealing money laundering by foreign entities is also at issue.

Karen Weldon’s Solutions North America partner and long-time Curt Weldon political ally Charles P. Sexton reportedly sold his local Delaware County security business, Foulke Associates, Inc., to an unnamed corporation for $6 million soon after Solutions opened for business.

Given Friday and Saturday reports, Congressman Weldon’s Democrat opponent, Delaware County native and retired Admiral Joseph Sestak, has yet to question whether the entity purchasing Sexton’s security firm paid far more than Foulke Associates was actually worth—a common money laundering practice related to financial payoffs.

Sestak will have an opportunity to ask Weldon about Sibel Edmonds, intelligence intercepts and money laundering this Friday at their second debate to be held on Charles Sexton’s home turf, the Springfield, Delaware County Country Club.

Not only was Foulke sold for $6 million at the time Solutions was created by Ms. Weldon and Sexton, but also around the same time the Russian and Serbian contracts totaling nearly $1 million were beginning to be firmed up, signed and operational for Solutions North America.

Before becoming a Delaware County Councilman, Sexton was the leader of the Springfield Republican Party while running Foulke Associates, which raises questions as to how many business owners within Springfield’s dense commercial real estate developments have been encouraged to employ Foulke Associates for their security needs.

Karen Weldon and Charles Sexton have declined to offer comment regarding the Solutions contracts and the sale of Foulke Associates, referring questions to their Media attorney Joseph Fioravanti, a former federal prosecutor with reportedly close ties to the Delaware County Republican Party.

Weldon silent on top-secret 9-11 / Iraq War Cambone notes

After seven months, constituent voter TomFlocco.com spoke directly with Weldon after his October 6 debate at the Drexelbrook Conference Center in Upper Darby, asking whether he was planning to call Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and Under-Secretary of Defense for Intelligence Stephen Cambone to testify before his Armed services committee to explain Cambone’s explosive hand written observations during meetings with Rumsfeld on the day of the September 11 attacks.

The heavily redacted notes provide cryptic but meritorious evidence placing war with Iraq as foremost on the minds of Bush administration officials simultaneously as the alleged “hijackers” attacked America on September 11, 2001 while also referencing Saddam Hussein’s son Uday and Usama bin Laden regarding a letter sent to Russian President Vladimir Putin which allegedly indicated prior knowledge of the 9-11 attacks

Rumsfeld: “Hard to get a good case…Need to move swiftly. Near term target needs…Go massive—(Sweep) it all up. Things related and not..... Tasks [Pentagon attorney] Jim Haynes to talk w/ PW [former Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz] for additional support v/v [visavis—with relation to] Usis [Uday Hussein-Saddam's son] & connection w/ UBL [Usama bin Laden] " (Stephen Cambone notes, 2:40 pm, Sept. 11, 2001—4.5 hours after attacks)

“I never saw them,” said Weldon, even though we had sent the Freedom of Information Act office-certified notes with the official government seal and signatures via email to his district and Capitol Hill offices with URL links to TomFlocco.com, had a open letter to Weldon published in the widely-read local News of Delaware County referring specifically to Cambone’s 9-11 notes while also calling his offices at least five times since the March 5 letter was published.

Quickly leaning toward the exit after photos with Admiral Sestak and a short individual press conference, Rep. Weldon told TomFlocco.com, “send me the Cambone notes. I read everything you write, good job,” after which the Armed Services Vice-Chairman offered his hand and quickly left the building.

It is important to note that we had also sent Weldon’s office a story explaining the significance of the Cambone notes which accompanied the top secret documents which the GOP House veteran, his chief-of-staff Russ Caso or another staffer undoubtedly would have read: Top-secret notes confirm congressional, 9-11 Commission & Pentagon cover up of Iraq war plans on day of Sept. 11 attacks.

Interestingly, Sestak and his staff have also been in possession of the Cambone notes and accompanying stories since the middle of the summer, while also failing to publicize their existence and implications for the Iraq War and their relationship to the 9-11 attacks, raising additional serious questions about a full-scale bipartisan cover-up regarding the role of the 9-11 attacks in fanning the flames of war and patriotic fervor against a country with no weapons of mass destruction.
